Hyatt Place San Jose/Downtown

Right across from the convention center...A ton of walk to places...Well above average breakfast included.

Very good location.

Only issue is the lack of fan in the bathroom. Staff were great specially Albert and breakfast was also good

The rooms were nice and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast had lots of options and was very convenient. Totally worth the money to stay.

It was very clean and staff was very nice. The only thing I thought was a hassle was the room key that you had to get to any floor or parking garage but guess its to protect guests. All in all a good hotel.

Super convenient for everything, the property located on the tram route and bus stop just a minute to walk. Close to the theater, convention center and short drive from airport. Room is clean and spacious, I have a great view from my room which I can have a paranoid view of the city and also can hear the plane flying across from the sky.

The property was secure and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning far exceeded expectations. Overall this was a great stay and a wonderful experience.
