Not only are the amenities false advertisement, but I got fleas. The hotel was infested with fleas. I've complained and I've gotten no contact back from the hotel. Do not stay here.

Clean room and great staff.

The scenery, Very beautiful The beds were very uncomfortable, and if you flash a light there is brown stains inside of the blanket!!

I had a wonderful time during our stay. Enjoyed leeching martinis at the bar. They were nice and sweet. We loved our room and the view of the city.

The Asian-influenced restaurant on-site was excellent! The food was truly amazing. Unfortunately, the wait staff was doing the best it could but there were not enough waiters. In all fairness, it was an incredibly busy weekend in downtown San Jose.

Room was clean. Elevator ran a very slow and the water took a while to get hot. Also due to no parking or little parking in the area i feel 50.00 for parking was a bit excessive as well. Just know if u plan to park there that's the rate.

We had a great experience

The hallways and elevators could use some cleaning and updating. The valet facilities are convenient, and the staff are very friendly. The lobby bar has a great atmosphere, but the service was somewhat inattentive. I ordered a glass of wine and, when I was nearly finished, noticed three small pieces of broken glass at the bottom. I pointed this out to the bartender, who asked if I wanted another glass. I said yes, but I was charged for the replacement. Given the circumstances and the potential safety concern, I would have expected the replacement to be complimentary. I also asked for my hotel receipt to be emailed to me but never received it. Overall, it is a decent hotel in a great location, but the service and attention to detail could be improved.

Roomy and clean except the dead cockroach. I found an extremely large dead cockroach under the vanity. Location was super challenging to get to due to events; traffic was horrendous!
