Clean hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is close to everything. Restaurants bars, and coffee shops. They have a great bar.

Front desk staff, valet, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are great! Shoutout to Jerome, as he was my server in the restaurant bar. He did an amazing job attending my group of about 10 people before a concert. The bartender, Jairo, makes amazing drinks! The beds are standard, not super comfortable. But the room size is bigger than most hotel rooms and you have an extra area next to the restroom to get ready.

The view was amazing. Staff was excellent. Shower floor was very slippery and noise level of other guests kept me up til 3am... 2 nights in a row. No sleep. Didnt like that I had to pay $50 to park my car on premises. Coffee bar not fully stocked.

Loved the proximity to downtown and walking distance to the SAP center. Staff was extremely friendly from the desk to the valet and the bar. We will definitely stay there again
