Hotel Clariana

The staff was super friendly and the location is convenient, though there was significant street noise on Friday night even on the 5th floor. We are heavy sleepers so it wasn’t an issue for us. Bathroom was very clean and spacious- one of the better hotel bathrooms I’ve had at this price range! Bed was comfortable but pillows too big. Coffee pods were not replenished and dirty cup was left, but towels were changed and bed was kind of made. Fitness room has a good selection of free weights and two benches, no weight machines, two treadmills and a recumbent bike. Breakfast was passable.

They had great customer service.

This hotel is dated. The staff were very helpful. It wasn’t lacking in amenities. The room was large. With some updating it could be wonderful.

Location is not convenient. No service after a certain time, if you have an emergency your car is locked and front desk doesn’t answer.

The staff from the parking attendant to the front desk were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Easy to get to Spartan stadium. Honesty there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Tina at the front desk was unbelievably kind and helpful.

It was a good location and it was quiet.

location was good. close to San Jose convention center. The hotel was not clean. My room smelled like urine, and there were bugs in the room. I also found a long hair in the bathroom. The complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator had already been opened, and the small, travel-size squeeze bottle of shower gel was half-used.

Bad smell. Dirty carpet throughout. Lovely hostess on the desk

The staff were quick to check me in my room even though it was last minute and the middle of the night. I extended my stay because of the staff and the ambiance. It was quiet, clean and a classic feeling hotel in the heart of Downtown San Jose.

It was big The ac was leaking, we were transferred to a room with weak wifi, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was barely working, it was noisy at night and the breakfast was disgusting

The hotel is located near many restaurants, bars and from San Jose improv, all within walkable distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is just next to the hotel. Had complementary breakfast, nothing fancy but basic oatmeal, cereal, premade egg muffins, yogurt, fruit and coffee. Rooms are small but well kept.

Love the place i highly remember this place.
