Location, cleanliness of facilities Terrible breakfast, and even the buffet was sparse. Room was clean and modern but pillows were awful. And rooms need better insulation- we could easily hear cars outside and any movement in the hallways.

The team at checkin was very cheerful and helpful. The room was outstanding. Clean and room service showed up immediately to replace empty conditioner in shower.

We loved this hotel. Very close to San Pedro Square and the SAP Center. The location was incredible and the property was gorgeous.

Very clean. Pleasant staff Our TV didn't work and had to switch rooms. Which was very inconvenient . They only offered free parking for the inconvenience.
