Love it

First of all the main elevator was out and as a person who has to use a walker, had to go to the back of the lobby to use service elevator. Would also be nice if they had a continental breakfast available
-
The elevator didn’t work we had to use the maintenance elevator
-
The staff was very nice. One of the elevators was out so there was a lot of waiting to use the service elevator to get to our rooms. But overall it was great!!
-
I liked the details they had available, such as makeup essentials, nail polish, and a shower cap as emergency backups. The bed was comfy, and I loved that the hotel was close to the SAP Center, which was the reason we stayed there. Overall, the experience was nice and comfortable. I recommend it! The room was small but everything else made up for it.

We stay here about 3/4 times a year. Super close to SAP center. Our go to always! Always very clean! Staff very friendly
-
Previous reviews with 4 stars and above are accurate. We'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the hair in our shower and if our room was ready at 3pm (as stated).

As always, front desk staff were wonderful &very pleasant. Hotel was extremely clean & well kept. Love this hotel!!!

Breakfast wasn’t that good

I was very surprised at how clean and fresh. This hotel was when we arrived. It was an excellent location as we were seeing a concert at the S. A. P Center. We were even able to walk to the concert. The staff was very helpful in many ways. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. I don’t like the square toilets. As a petite person I fall into the toilet.
-
Parking is an issue which wasn’t disclosed when booking or reminder of upcoming stay. The breakfast included add-on was not communicated to the hotel. Don’t bother with the breakfast I didn’t think it was good at any price.
