This place sucks. I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and I arrived a little early, like about 2, and they said the "internet was out" and I couldn't check in till 4 p.m. That is bullshit. There were plenty of rooms and they made NO effort to assist me.. I may get rid of my Hilton Honors, or at least not use it anymore, and make sure to tell others of my experience. The whole thing.

Check in was a nightmare staff just wanted to move us into another hotel due to computer malfunction

The property was clean and the staff was super helpful. The parking was no accessible from the hotel. You had to walk through the convention center to get to the hotel parking. It was not far but it was not easy to find.

Lovely accommodation, proximity to convention center was key. Great walkable part of downtown San Jose!

near to the airport & san pedro market square the breakfast is only a breakfast menu card with only one choice of the dishes. Order for cappuccino cost an extra fee

This hotel was so noisy between airport and trolley traffic. They also did not notify us until we checked in that the pool was closed. The parking was mildly inconvenient if you have more than one item to bring to your room.

Bar area was nice and the bartender was great. She made great drinks and was very friendly. Loved the little self-checkout store that had the best snacks. Within walking distance (literally across the street and up a block) to the San Jose Civic. Beautiful area and safe to walk around. Would stay again.

Great place, it’s close to everything. You have to pay for parking though which was unexpected.

It is very convienant to San Jose Civic. Needs some touch up maintenance to rooms.
