Compliments to the valet, the front desk personnel, and the hotel staff. Everyone was so welcoming. As a patron for over 20 years, I can appreciate the renovations made to the hotel. I am excited for the final reveal. Great place to stay, especially is you want to enjoy a safe and convenient walk to neighboring restaurants, parks, or a night out.

The location was the best part of the hotel. Being in downtown made it very convenient and it was close to the SAP Center and many of San Jose’s main attractions. It was easy to get around from the hotel. The cleanliness and condition of the room could definitely be improved. The room felt outdated, and the carpet looked worn and not very well maintained. Housekeeping would make the bed and replenish the amenities, but I didn’t feel that the bathroom, floors, or carpet were thoroughly cleaned during my stay.

I liked that they waived the early check in fee and the hotel was so close to the venue. I didn't have wash cloths.

The location was a good spot. It was walking distance to a lot of the stuff I wanted to go to. The valet is in an inconvenient spot. The elevator sways when getting on or off. The light in the bathroom flickers (the light bulb might have been going out or something) the real problem was that the refrigerator in the dresser was crazy loud. I woke up from it and couldn’t figure out what was making the noise until I opened the cabinet under the tv and it is the old dingy looking mini fridge that sounds like one of those asphalt drillers. It was insanely loud. I’m glad I only stayed the one night, I will not be staying there again.

Due to maintenance upgrades, the hotel televisions were not available. The room was clean and welcoming. However, I could not take a shower because the water remained cold. I reported this to the manager and they gave me a thirty percent discount. That was a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel. The cable was misleading; there were only 27 channels available.

Anthony the Manager was very friendly and welcoming! Enjoyed our one night stay, even in the mist of renovations. Very close to downtown restaurants, one block walking distance. And cafe on site is delicious and definitely worth it!!!

There was not free parking as advertised.

Air conditioning broken. We were told we would get 50% refund from pricelfor one for both bights stay. Room was 86 degrees We deserve 100$ refund.
