It’s in SLO and the room was clean. The staff were nice. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. There was only one roll of TP. One of the elevators was broken and the pool was closed. We weren’t made aware of this when booking the room. We are also not a fan of the parking fee. It’s not like there is a security gard watching our cars all night.

The breakfast is TOO BAD comparing to other hotels with free breakfast, only a old lady there, everything is very dried or very cold... Not worth the room rate $200 plus tax/fees I paid.

Very convenient location. The rooms were clean and the bed cozy. Probably could use a bit of updating but nothing uncomfortable. I was surprised by the additional charges at check in. Expedia should have noted that on their site.
