The pool was amazing. The hot tube really nice especially with the rock water fall. The front desk was also very accommodating The rooms had hair. I get you can't get rid of it all, yet the worst part was they dont clean the A/C filters. My boyfriend turned on the A/C and had an awful smell. He took the filters out and they were caked with dirt. Our key cards kept malfunctioning too. We'd go out to the car and the cards would stop working to get back into the hotel. We had our cards changed 3 times.
-

Lisa at the front desk was great and very welcoming, hospitable. Made our stay! Main door access was a big difficult and we had to change our our keys. There also wasn't an elevator and we were assigned a room on the second floor.
-
The location I’d definitely invest in getting the jacuzzi cleaned. The bubbles weren’t even white—they had a brown, oily substance in the water, which was a little concerning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were gross and smelly. Had to be moved to different rooms because of cleanliness issues. Had bad smells in one room and food left from a previous guest in another.
-
Great location and amenities for the price. We paid $90 for a single night and the room was fully renovated and fully working pool and spa on site. Nothing
