The beds were like motel 6 beds besides that it was ok wouldn’t stay again tho

First off, I never leave reviews. This hotel should be classified as a motel. Property looks like it is unpermitted. Lobby smells horrible. All finishes look like they were completed by amateurs. Bathroom was disgusting and didn’t even look like it was cleaned. Floors looked like they weren’t mopped in weeks. We never felt comfortable taking our slippers off. We slept in our clothes.

Not having their own gym is fine but in their amenities listed on the Expedia page,

We had a lovely stay. I went a few days early to investigate based on some negative reviews. I didn't see anything off, so we went ahead and moved forward with our reservation, and we are very glad we did. We were celebrating a big birthday, and it was a great time. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. It is really great to have a microwave and fridge. The tv was large too. I think about 55". The pool and hot tub were very nice. Quite large and in a lovely setting with a waterfall and at night some lights etc. The place was quiet and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The price was also very reasonable for the area. We will be back for sure!

it was alright

Good location for stop over on Road trip, and on route but very run down. Rooms aren’t cosy and feel like furniture has just been thrown in there. Tv didn’t work, but staff did come and fix for us. We had a ground floor room near the pool and was very noisy with people in the pool till 10pm

Amazing, helpful staff (the lady checking us in had a list of restaurants in the area she was happy to print out for us!). Clean spacious room, first floor has their own sliding patio doors. Pool/hot tub area is very nice and the hotel is in good location. Surprisingly NOT a lot of noise from the freeway! Would stay here again!!

I took My family and left as quickly as i could so i didn’t get pictures because we did not feel safe there. I booked this room for the whole week as a family vacation. They did not give me a full refund but i was refunded for 3 nights at least. I booked a different hotel in the same area and it was great. Definitely don’t go to this hotel, you will get burned.

Affordable, 7/10 cleanliness, you get what you pay for.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any needs of their guest. The pool and hot tub is amazing and has a waterfall and lots of plants and makes you feel like you’re in a tropical place. Very quiet at night and peaceful.

(1) Even though I booked a room that is supposed to fit 4 people (two queen beds) any additional person besides the one-single-person who booked the room was an extra $20 per person per night. (2) After those additional costs, still only one roll of toilet paper and the smallest bar of soap so I brought my own. (3) Bathroom had no fan so was basically a steam room. (4) Sliding door was hard to open and close but necessary for the steam. (5) Hot tub was tepid, there were no lights, waterfall and heat kept turning off and back on at the hot tub. Luckily I don't mind a warm tub, but most people want a HOT tub. Also, since there were no towels by the pool, the front desk made it weird when we asked for extra towels for the pool area. (6) There was a small, what looked like a wine fridge... separate from the regular fridge but it was not plugged in and it was locked, so that was confusing. I was glad however that the regular mini fridge had a big enough freezer to freeze some ice packs and food, so that was good. (7) Also glad that they let us have late checkout after all those fees. They forgot though and still knocked on the door and called. So a little bit of coordination is needed within that team. But the place was close to where we needed to go so overall it was fine.

The pictures made it seem like the hotel would be nicer. The hot tub was not hot at all. Found bugs in the room. We used some towels to clean a soda mess up and was charged a cleaning fee! Ridiculous!
