The pictures are nothing like what this facility is. I want to keep it respectful, but we were in there less than five minutes, walked out and asked for our money back and was not allowed our money back for me. Feels like a typical bait and switch. the gentleman was not nice about it. I can go on, but I will not.

This is probably the one of the worst hotels that I've stayed in in California I'm truly ashamed that expedian represented themselves to offer this as one of their hotels the star rating that was on it is not true it is horrible beds were like so worn out it was Unreal holes in the wall body hair all over the walls and ceilings never again will I stay at this hotel shame on you expedient for offering this

Bed was a king bed Card kept having to be replaced
-
Lots of free parking. It was not too busy during our stay. Mini-split HVAC was very noisy and needed attention.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. The bath/shower drainage was awful. Called to see if we could get another room but were told they had none. I tried to call around in other areas, and the rooms rates were extremely high. I cleaned the room the best that I could, and when I left, I left it cleaner than what I received. No one monitored the pool. So people had chips sandwiches and everything around the pool as if it was there own pool and spa . The same people had ababy crying its eyes out for his mother in the spa and it turns out the baby had pooped its diaper while in the spa. We immediately got out & went back to our room and took showers. It won’t be staying here again.

It was in a decent location It wasn’t clean, you can tell they just tried to make it look like they cleaned it.

My family and I liked how spacious the room was and how clean it was as well the pool/spa

It was really nice I wish we had more night and time !

Loved the pool & jacuzzi. Convenient location. The pools
-
Normal but good
-
The hotel was fine. The negative is just regarding what all hotels do during graduation time at Cal Poly. Prices were more than double the usual rate. For a stay at the "normal rates' this hotel is fine.
-
Love the large hot tub. Room left something’s to be desired.
-
Very nice and quiet. Pool wasn’t crowded Bed can be more comfortable
-
Hot tub is a hidden gem. Great for relaxing overall great place to stay.

Vastly overpriced and marginal maintenance and services,

Stayed one night while passing through SLO. The room was simple, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is in a great location right off the 101 and near grocery stores, but it is not near downtown.

This was a horrible experience. If you like the smell of urine, then this is the right place. As soon as you check in, the odor is pungent. If you try to get a refund, good luck. They act ignorant and don’t answer their phone or give a refund when you decide to cancel. The carpet is a tripping hazard and the pictures are false advertisement and heavily filtered. I DO NOT recommend.
