I really love this place everything is super clean, receptionist is so kind a very nice lady I recommend this place 100% is very quiet.

It is well maintained and clean

Location is great and safe and clean nestled between nice hotels makes it’s great. It’s Motel 6 they went beyond my expectations in a good way. Only thing was beds wore not soft.

Cleanest The bed mattress need to be replace , ASAP. You’re better off sleeping in a hammock.

Although it was an overnight stay. The price was affordable considering it was last minute reservation. The room was clean, the staff was great, didn’t get in the pool and the air was cold. There were some stains in the tub. The walls must be thin because we heard kids crying late at night and early morning. Over all the stay was good. Will consider this place when booking in SLO.

Manager provided no customer service. Bed wasn’t a queen size as listed. Bathroom is really small.

Everything went well from check in to check out. The only issue was the mattress. For 1 or 2 days it's okay. But for a week or longer it will have you feeling tire. Be prepared for this. The price was a little steep especially with no breakfast included. Other than those 2 things the property was kept clean and there wasn't any outside noise so we got sleep.

Staff is very friendly. The guy at the front desk has checked me in before. Tried the studio room. It was nice to have the full-size refrigerator.

The room was clean and the area was quiet

I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and other people seemed to enjoy the pool area. My room was one of the studios that had its own kitchen area. I didn’t use it for my short stay, but it looked like it could be very useful. Glasses, bowls, plates, and silverware were included, which was very nice, but I decided not to use them because one glass did not look or feel clean. I just used some of the wrapped, disposable cups provided for coffee. For anyone choosing to use the kitchen, be sure to bring your own dishwashing liquid, as it did not appear to be provided. (They might have had some available in the office. I did not ask.) Other than the one glass, the room appeared very clean. While I prefer to stay closer to the downtown area and the university, this facility had quick access to the freeway and Los Osos Valley Road, so it was easy to get where I needed to be by driving. Plenty of parking was available.

This place is great if you just plan to sleep in it. The towels were clean but felt like sandpaper. The pillows and mattress were very hard.

the location isn't ideal, you must have a car. there is nothing within walking distance. The room has a coffee machine and the lobby serves coffee at 6:15 am but no breakfast and it's a bummer. we had to leave one day at 7 and a lot of the places around open after 7. I would really appreciate some snacks in the lobby or fruits. something. also no shampoo or conditioner in the room that was a bit surprising. the lobby people were very nice, polite, helpful. the lady gave my dog a treat. check in and out was easy. would recommend knowing to just be ready upfront with these things above.

The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is super comfy. This was our second stay here and if plans permit we shall certainly come back.
