Holiday Inn San Marcos-Convention CTR Area by IHG

The property was okay, our shower was broke and the front desk refused to move our room until my husband kept insisting. According to the front desk they were sold out and fully booked. We were told we had to wait until the maintenance would come to fix it. We were exhausted from the day and wanted to shower. Finally the front desk moved our room across within a matter of minutes. Breakfast was lacking the basic sausage and texas waffles that most hotels have on hand.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the staff was very professional and courteous That they did not have a complementary breakfast buffet

It was just okay. Think after these 3 visits I will try a different hotel.

Clean and nice-smelling room! Hallways were warm but that is OK, the A/C worked great in the room! Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work but just used the one on the floor above.

Very clean and comfortable hotel close to the highway, making it super convenient to access everything.

Nothing Safety

Great hotel to stay in

Joseph was very helpful on tv related question I had.

Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay again!

Good

Bathroom no cold water and air conditioner not working properly

Property was very clean and employees were very sweet and helpful. Everything about hotel was great!

Staff was friendly

Place was good overall .

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel smelled good and was clean. Restaurant on site had great service. Pool was great and fully fenced so as not be seen from the road.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms

Close proximity to lots of activities. The shower head in our room needs either cleaning or replaced because the water did not flow freely as it should through the opening. Difficult to shower off soap and shampoo.

The doors need adjustment. They will open only halfway.

Se mira que es nuevo y está muy limpio
