Very nice staff clean

No estaba incluido el desayuno, y esa fue una de las razones por las que lo tome ya que decía desayuno incluido. Cuando estabamos desayunando se acerco una persona a pedir unos pases, le dije que no los teníamos y nos cobro el desayuno.

One of the best perks was that breakfast was included in the room rate. It was so convenient to be able to eat at the hotel before heading out for the day, which saved both time and money. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. I would stay here again.

We weren't able to check in until 4. They sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Comped us 2 free drinks and gave us a clean room. Then we visited the pool where a random man was able to reach over and come into the pool area without a key. Told staff, nothing was done. No urgency. Inside the room, the bathroom was very small. Tub faucet was lose and uncaulked. If someone was at the sink, the toilet was inaccessible. Bed was uncomfortable.

Bed was so comfortable! Room was huge, very clean. I was highly satisfied! Also, the front desk gentleman when checking in was great. He was busy, but very pleasant and took the time to assist in locating me to a different area of the hotel per my request. Thank you!

En general la habitación estaba sucia, el sofá súper manchado de mugre y el cuarto estaba apestoso , el baño estaba sucio , las toallas bien duras y pegajosas… hablé para que me movieran y dijeron que no había habitaciones…. Nunca volveremos a ese hotel.

Hotel is good. the carpets at the halwys smell funny or bad. breakfast and breakfast is area is ok. nice hotel.

Hotel was great. Staff was quick and very helpful. Hotel is near many restaurants, both fast food and dine in restaurants.

The only complaint I have is my door partially open from services. Luckily we still have belongings.

The hotel smelled very nice and clean. We were able to get a last minute reservation and the front desk staff was so very friendly and accommodating.

Bed Bugs in Room 214

The AC was off in the hallways making the floor unbearably hot. Not very clean. The room’s bathroom and bathtub needs better cleaning.
