Bed Bugs in Room 214

The AC was off in the hallways making the floor unbearably hot. Not very clean. The room’s bathroom and bathtub needs better cleaning.

The stay was great

I went to drop My daughter off at TXST and this hotel was perfect. It was close to the campus and clean. I even was able to charge my rental at night which was very convenient.

I was extremely happy with my stay. When I walked in my room it was very clean and smelled so good. Not sure what they use to clean, but it smelled fabulous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hall smelled like pee, the room smelled not right as well, the restroom was dirty and had pee stains on rim.

Our room was spacious and very clean: bathroom, linens, refrigerator. We didn't use any of the common areas other than passing through. The staff was so pleasant & went out of their way to be helpful. As we were checking out, there weren't any luggage carts available so they had someone bring a kitchen cart. He loaded our luggage from the room, brought it down, and loaded it in the car. Would stay there again!

We stayed at the express inn. The staff was kind and informative for helping me make the most of my trip.

The location and front desk employees were nice. I wasn't aware that the pool was not in service when I booked the hotel. That was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. So that was a big disappointment for my little one. When you get off the elevator on the second floor it felt like a sauna in the hallway. There is no water pressure in the shower and to get even just warm water you have to turn the shower all the way to hot. And even then the water is just warm and you have to let it run for a few minutes before it even gets warm. And the mini fridge doesn't even get the drinks cold. I put drinks in there when we checked in at 4pm and the next morning they were barely cold. And for some reason the morning of check out around 7am the A/C wouldn't adjust and the room was getting hot while we were getting ready.

The pool was drained but that was not communicated. The A/C was completely out inthe hallways and it was HOT. VERY HOT. Breakfast is expensive and not good.

Pretty sure my sheets weren’t changed prior to my stay. There was hair all over the bedding and shower. My pillows smelled of mildew and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I had to drive to two different locations just to swim! Their pool is closed, and breakfast was awful.

Disappointing

Room and hotel were very clean and well kept

The room was dirty. Hair left in the tub. Grime, dirt, and dust in bathroom shower and sink. Bed had hair under the sheets. Pillows had stains. Carpet lift through 2nd floor hallway. And ONE raggedy cart for entire hotel. Some ppl do not have time to wait for others to finish using it. IHG can do so much better than this.
