    Ill try to sum up. Made reservation on Expedia n ckd CW website for pool. PD. Ckin n pool closed. Each one directing me 2 the other like I had somewhere 2 go interim. If I pd 4 amenities listed thru both n didn't get them why am I paying full price? No assistance yet from either.

    I would not be staying at this hotel ever again everything is out of order they seem to not have a phone to answer customers I was calling since Tuesday to let them know I was arriving later for check in and no one answered the phone when I showed up Friday it was a long wait elevator is super slow the tv was not working the pool was out of order when we arrived to our room it had a very strange smell so I had to go buy Lysol to disinfect and clean my own room and I got charged full price..

    The hotel was clean, close to several stores and restaurants, and parking was easily accessible. I was looking forward to going to the pool, but it was out of order. We checked in at 5 pm, noticed that the AC was set on 65, but was not very cool. We set it at 62 (the lowest it would go) and left for dinner, hoping for the best. When we returned, the room was barely cool. I spoke to the person at the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, but since it was a holiday weekend, they were booked and had nothing else available. I asked for a refund, so we could go stay somewhere else, but she said that only a manager is authorized to do so. I did a live chat with someone from IHG and they said that someone would reach out to me ASAP. I never heard from anyone and did not get refunded.

    Close to freeway and I was able to get to my destination very quickly. No housekeeper cleaned my room. No towels or toiletries and the air felt like it was broken very human in the room. The phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call front desk. No water in the swimming pool. Very unhappy

    The front desk are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The housekeeping could’ve been better: floors mopped and vacuumed on grounds and vacuumed in rooms.

    The hotel was okay, the staffs attitudes were meh. But overall not bad. I didn't like that there is only one entrance and exit to and from the hotel.

    When I got to my room, it was disgustingly dirty, and smelled like mold. The pool was out of commission. The ac was stuck on and wouldn’t turn off, it was a cold weekend. I requested maintenance come look, they never did. It was so cold in the room. There’s a little pantry where you can buy snacks, when I bought them there, the staff never even looked up from their phone to ring me up. The day before I checked out, I requested and paid for a late check out at 12:30 rather than 11am because I had a zoom meeting that I wanted to take in the room. I confirmed it with the front desk two times, once the morning before check out, and once the evening before check out. Housekeeping started banging on the door at 11am. I informed them of my approved late check out. They knocked again at 11:15, 11:30, and noon. I rescheduled the meeting and just left. I would not stay there again.
