It wasn't that bad. The pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable The rooms wasn't clean. The hallways weren't vacuumed and one of the staff had an attitude. You need to that is it

Big cockroach in my bed the last morning of stay. No complimentary breakfast. It's all about convenience when your on business or vacation.

Overbooked and reservations canceled without prior notice or a courtesy phone call. The front counter informed me at 9 p.m., after a long day of traveling and work, that my reservation was canceled. After asking a few questions as to why, I learned that supposedly they tried to call me at 11 a.m.- no missed or unknown calls did I receive and they tried running my card on file, which, again, is untrue; my reservation was to pay at the property. I had no suspicious activity or fraud alerts on my account. Last, they said Expedia was informed of the cancellation again; not true another lie. So after a little back and forth I asked how do we make this right and i was told there was nothing they could do. Not sure why; my only idea is that they gave my room away due to being booked from a third party. My situation might be an isolated incident, but at the end of the day, Expedia customer service came to my aid and helped me with new reservations, which I really needed.

We booked a double queen bed room and were changed to a 1 king handicap accessible room without asking because they had given away our room to someone else and it was the last room available. Then they tired to make it up by adding 2 twin size roll away beds to a tight space. WTH!! We were furious. Then, the room above us had very noisy kids running and stomping all night. And to top it off, 4 other families expected to get their rooms as well and were given away to someone else. Horrible experience never again and they didn’t want to provide a refund. Very disappointed!

Awesome view of the lake. Friendly staff, Breakfast was satisfactory, typical breakfast fair. Walking distance to several shops and excellent restaurants

Everything was good. Loved the stay

Nothing They canceled my room reservation, which I have booked 11 days prior the day of check-in. Three hours after my a lot of check-in time! they charged me $425 that morning and I have yet to see a refund.

Nothing The walls were dirty and there were wet spots on the carpet. The shower was disgustingly a there was hair in the shower from the previous guest. A car alarm in the parking lot kept going off. I went to speak with hotel staff and they said that there was nothing they could do about the issue.
