Friendly front desk. But items in room were either broken or dirty. Also, Mushrooms were growing next to the ice machine.

We found bed bugs in our room. Then the next room they moved us to had dead roaches on the corner. Needless to say we found another hotel then fought tooth and nail for a full refund.

Location If I have to say something, AC was too loud

On the first night of our stay, we got to the room and turned the AC down because we were leaving to go out to eat. When we came back, it was still hot in the room. The remote didnt work for the TV and the AC was still blowing hot. We went downstairs to ask for help, got a new remote that still didnt work. Went downstairs again and had someone come up with us to check the remote programming and look at the AC. Not sure what he did but it blew cold for about an hour until it proceeded to start making the noise of a riding lawnmower every 7 mins until about 6am when it POPPED and completely died. Also the phone and the bathroom vent didnt work. So when we woke up to shower and get out of there, it was all we could do because the whole room was like a steamy shower. They did end up replacing the unit during the day Saturday and it was cool that night but with everything else that didnt work, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

There was a blinking light outside that they did not fix and the curtain would not close to block it. Bed was uncomfortable. Tv did not have steaming and remote never worked.

Very dirty room. Smelled like previous people smoked in the room. Makeup & finger prints left on mirror, who knows what substance left on walls, broken art on wall, and roaches & mold in the shower. We got out of there as fast as we could.

Shower needed to be remodeled on the floor.

The floor in our room was dirty and stained, and the entire room smelled absolutely horrible. The smell was so bad that it was difficult to even stay in the room comfortably. Even the couple staying next door commented multiple times about how bad the hotel smelled and questioned how a hotel could cost $400 when it smelled that bad. Our room keys also did not work properly, which was extremely frustrating. The refrigerator in our room clearly had not been cleaned. It smelled like old, moldy food, which was disgusting. The pictures posted online are also very misleading and do not accurately represent what the hotel actually looks like. We expected a much cleaner and nicer room based on the pictures, but what we received was completely different. For the price we paid, I expected cleanliness, working room keys, and a room that was at least fresh and sanitary. Unfortunately, we did not get any of that. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be staying here again.

Exceptional

The hotel was a great budget-friendly place to stay. The facility was clean, and both the lobby and room were well maintained. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Overall, though, it was one of the cheapest places to stay and offered a clean and comfortable experience for the price. I would consider staying here again.
