The pullout couch mattress was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable.

Nice place Got here at 2 am, got to my room and the door was jammed. Front desk also couldn’t get the door open. Was told maintenance won’t be able to come, and there wasn’t any other rooms available. They said they would refund me and there’s nothing else they could do. No voucher, no credit, no room. Just a my bad. Had to drive to the next city over to find somewhere to stay at 2am

-
Near many stores.

Room was spacious and the price point was right. The location is good, convenient to both San Marcos and New Braunfels. Breakfast was sub par compared to competitors and the hallway walls were dirty.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was ok but not great. We have stayed at this location a couple of times. Would recommend and will stay there again.
