Near many stores.

Room was spacious and the price point was right. The location is good, convenient to both San Marcos and New Braunfels. Breakfast was sub par compared to competitors and the hallway walls were dirty.
-
Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was ok but not great. We have stayed at this location a couple of times. Would recommend and will stay there again.

Hotel is in need of an update. Cleanliness was lacking throughout the property.
-
Broken microwave and did not want to let us use there’s and just said they would fix it after we left. The kitchenette was the only reason we chose the hotel so we could eat there. Pool had to regular chairs and a small table. Do not serve waffles on the weekends and did not have room service or fresh towels or sheets. Definitely not worth $500 for two nights!

Was a very nice, clean place!

Not as clean to my liking. Only 3 pillows on each bed, which I thought was odd. Staff was friendly, but in order to get clean towels, had to bring dirty towels downstairs ourselves instead of them bringing them to our room. Room was never clean while we were there. Breakfast was not a full breakfast like I thought. Overall, just okay!

Estaba todo muy limpio el trato no fue el mejor y la piscina estaba sucia y nada de sombrillas ni sillas

The room was clean and all of the amenities were on par with this style of hotel. They also had a basketball court which was cool. Not the hotels fault but just walking from the from door to the car in the parking lot, I got over 100 mosquito bites. I looked down and was wearing shorts and it looked like I was wearing pants, I had so many mosquitoes attached to my legs and that is not an exaggeration.

Room seemed VERY clean (except for the carpet, maybe, but most hotels are like that), but the hallways and elevators were filthy! The common areas downstairs looked clean, also. The pool was great and there are a small basketball court and another outdoor grill area, they both looked nice. It was overall a pleasant stay, as long as you overlook the hallway!

Clean the carpets

Overall a good and safe place to stay with family. Looked a little understaffed for Saturday and Sunday breakfast.

Upon check in, they gave us a room that had the deadbolt on it and we couldn’t get into the room. Why a deadbolt is on a supposedly empty room is beyond me. We had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes for a maintenance person (who never came) before I asked to be put in a different room. They never offered this to me, I had to ask myself. Breakfast was decent at best. First morning they were multiple things empty. I didn’t see a breakfast attendant the entire 45 minutes I was there. Other mornings, waffles were soggy (I made exactly according to directions) While our room itself was clean, the hallways are not. The hallway on floor 2 was disgusting. It was obvious they hadn’t vacuumed in a while because the same pile of dirt and debris was in the hallway the entire time or our stay. Stains all over the carpets. They haven’t been deeply cleaned in a while. And the kicker. I had to check out early due to the flooding in the area. Left 1 day early. Was told at check out “Expedia has to approve a refund.” Nope, this is incorrect. Expedia had to contact the hotel, and they DENIED refund for the one night I did not stay. I’d avoid this hotel!

The breakfast was not very good at all. For the most part, the rooms were nice and spacious. We had some nails sticking up leading into the bathroom that was a constant pain as well.

Staff was nice

Está muy bien la propiedad, lo que no me gustó fue que me cobraron una botella de agua

We had mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling, walls, fold down seat, and the curtain in the shower. There was trash under the bed and one of the ac's. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on all of the beds and sleep was hard to accomplish because you just couldn't get comfortable. The sofa had stains and rips on it and the sofa bed had two sets of dirty sheets on it. The curtains had brown stuff on them and the door exit info did too. You had to man handle the door to open or close it and we were in a handicap accessible bathroom room. The entry/kitchen/sofa area smelled of urine and the bathroom smelled of mold. There were issues with room cards that had us returning to the front desk 3 times to be able to access our room. The carpets in rooms and hallways are stained and need cleaned badly along with many of the elevator landing mirrors. There was a broken window near the pool, and missing and damaged brick work on the front of the building. The breakfast was not anything to write home about. The best part was the waffles. Other than that it was a pretty sad spread overall. Would not recommend this location. They need to work on their property upkeep, better mattresses, and overall cleanliness.

Property is nice but our room did not have hot water at the shower. We notified the front desk several times of the issue and were told they’d send maintenance but nobody ever came. On our last night, we found a cockroach in the kitchenette. I hope the owner sees this and addresses these issues for future guests.

The whole experience was good. No problems at all

As for the property, only one of the elevators is in working order. So you have to wait a long time. Other than that, there are lots of amenities. The location is easily accessible and great being one exit north of the outlet mall and right next to a Target and Academy Sports. We did enjoy the stay as it felt like small apartment living for the two days we needed it.
