Staff were the best part of the stay!

Clean and close to the college

The hotel was very crowded. It was graduation weekend for TSU and the end of summer season. That being said, the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and smiling. Pro tip: Get to the breakfast early if you want eggs done your way.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and close to where we were planning on visiting. 10/10

Big shout out to the maintenance guy that helped out this humble amputee. Not only did this super helpful guy help me with a shower chair… but also lent me a useful tool to help me with my prosthetic. Saved the day! Thanks embassy team Will be back again

When I booked it said recently renovated, however the day of my check in I received an email saying the hotel was undergoing renovations. Had I known it was still in process, I would not have booked. Sadly after driving for hours and looking forward to checking in and cleaning up before our plans, I walked into a 1-2 hour line to check in. To be clear this was not this hotel’s fault, Hilton’s system completely shut down. However, the process that set up to get guest checked in was NOT working. I stood in line for and hour but folks in the other line ( they only had 2) had been standing in line for over and hour before I arrived. Once I was finally checked in and went up to room I could see handprints all over the door into room as I was walking towards it. Upon entering I was immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke as they must have put me in a room that was once used as a smoking room. The room definitely had not been renovated yet and there were stains on carpet, finger prints on bathroom door handle and broken tile in bathroom. Later in the evening as we came back to the room the tv would not work because the wifi didn't work. After trying to call front desk several times, I received an automated message that hotel staff was busy and would call me back. That call of course never came.

The only thing I didn't like was the vast amount of parking, yet we were still charged a parking fee.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean with a splendid view, and the breakfast was very tasty. I will certainly return. Thank you for a great stay

Breakfast is top notch! And the complimentary drinks for happy hour was a nice touch. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
