The Little lady at the front desk said it was not possible to override the zero-motion AC off switch. Do you actually think that I believe that? 🙄 What person who pays over $200 a night for a 2* hotel wants to wake up at 3am and have to wave their arms around like a drowning penguin to get the AC to work?! Let mama have her 70 degrees, please.

I loved the diet friendly breakfast options and the abundance of options period. Breakfast staff were so polite and prompt and ready to help with anything. Housekeeping was also so thorough and quick and the room smelled amazing. The pool was dirty and unusable BUT it was also after a bad storm and flood so I Don't hold that against them at all. I hope next stay it will be better.

We were there for one night. It was very convenient to the San Marcos Outlets which was our primary reason for the trip. Would stay there again.

Awesome night manager and great food service. One male took care of entire food service on two days, Lone State but was spectacular and friendly. Deserves a raise!
