La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Marcos Outlet Mall

Great place, roomy, friendly staff, great pool. Thin walls were lame but otherwise great.

The hotel was very clean very nice staff and very convenient location with a bunch of amenities and the outlets nearby. Enjoyed my stay will be staying here again for further trips to San Marcos.

Great property that is well maintained. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. I loved that this property is located within a block of the Outlet Malls yet it is not affected by mall traffic.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this was easily one of the cleanest and most presentable. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.

Instead of paying the fee I went shopping. I return at 3:05 PM. At that time it took the staff 15 minutes to verify that the room was cleaned. Now, should I request a $10 waiting fee for 20 minutes?

I made a reservation for the hotel. When i got there the reservation was not found by the front desk and i got charged in full and i just want a full refund

The rooms were clean, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly but the TV was not good

The hotel was kept well and quiet. The staff member immediately greeted us and encouraged us to come and seek any assistance if needed. The only downside was the pool. It had pieces of trash, leaves, and bird feathers. It appears as though it has not had any updates since opening. Other than the pool the rooms and overall quality was excellent.

Room was great and property was great. Customer service not so great. I would still stay here again

Estuvimos 2 noches y No nos limpiaron el cuarto, y cuando fui a hablar enfrente, para reportar me atendieron de muy mala manera.

Our room was clean, housekeeping was on top of leaving us clean towels daily. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great they tried to have something different every day they had eggs everyday but always made it different.

Great stay but the guy with long hair at the front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. Looked and sounded miserable working there.

This is a very nice property overall. we were able to use the pool to relax some but the drawback was bees kept coming very close. My onky real complaint was the breakfast was less than acceptable. The only thing that was tasty was the waffle. I dont expect gourmet breakfast but most of it was near cold as if the warmers weren't working at all.

Not enough tables or room for breakfast, people were standing and eating or waiting with whole families until others were done with their meal. Not ideal, need more tables seating to enjoy breakfast
