Peaceful sleep, the bed was very comfortable. Staff, always attentive and professional. especially Maurice who was super helpful. Excellent breakfast, reasonable prices and very good. Perfect stay.

Maurice helped assist me at check-in. He was very helpful. Jordan was the overnight manager and was very kind, professional and helpful. It was quiet an overall relaxing stay.

Convenient Entire facilities were not very clean, house cleaning staff never dusted and never left a spar toilet paper. We stayed 2 weeks and didn't need to clean the room every day but since they didn't give us a spare toilet paper, we ended up buying our own. They use very strongly scented house cleaning products that suffocated us. No room amenities, just soap shampoo and conditioner. Disappointed

No bell man on duty for check in or baggage drop off

The only problem is that no one cleaned our room after the first day. I even gave a tip to a cleaning person but she said she would get it to the person assigned. They returned the tip on the counter but didn’t clean the room

Beautiful hotel and gorgeous garden. The staff were courteous and helpful. I didn’t like the vanity with sink. It is too small and has no room to place all of my toiletries. The light there needs to be brighter. The internet connection was awful and I was unable to make overseas call/texts. We were placed in handicapped room which we didn’t ask for. We booked for room with free breakfast and we paid for breakfast twice.
