Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel

Very clean room and exceptionally cordial staff. The restaurant was excellent! One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in recently! Looking forward to flying into Richmond again!

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud snd made a large knock sound when it turned on and when it turned off, waking us up all through the night and the toilet kept running water going throughout the night. Other wise comfortable bed.

The rooms are clean as well as the property. The restaurant staff were friendly. Food and drinks where awesome. Would stay there again.

Great staff, property very clean and my room was very spacious. Not a fan of paying to park, especially when I’m already staying there. I would stay again and definitely would recommend.

No big deal but I was told b'fast was included but it was not. When I went to b'fast I was told there was an a la carte menu besides the buffet. I don't like buffets. Sat down, got settled and THEN was told buffet only. Staff had no idea where else I could go and handed me a list of DINNER restaurants. Parking was $10 night additional. Nothing terrible, all in all, but can't give 5 stars.

Nice stay

We stayed one night for our flight out the next morning. It is less than two minutes from the airport. We had a rental so didn't use the shuttle. People were waiting so I assume they have one. Parking in the lot was $10 which isn't that bad and I know they need to keep people flying out from parking there. The room was clean, air worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. If you are in need of a place before your flight out, you can't go wrong here.

Spacious parking lot and rooms Had to tell the person at the desk 4 times that someone threw up in the halls. Janitor is going around mopping the floors but not cleaning the carpet halls. The threw up was there’s for over 7 hours. Also it says pool and spa but that tiny hot tub attached to the pool was barely even considered a spa/hot tub

One of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed at. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! Bar and restaurant open until 11pm. Nice exercise and pool. Starbucks in lobby area. 5 minute shuttle to airport. I will stay here again on future trips to the Richmond Va. area.
