Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel

The room was a very nice size and clean The bed was to hard couldn't sleep

Location Staff wasn’t very personable but not rude by any means

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle bus was quite helpful.

Not worth the price For $20 price, menu was not adequate

This was an ideal location for me but the hotel is very outdated and not very clean.

Friendly helpful staff . Floor was not clean in and area by the desk . We had gone late in the evening and we’re leaving very early for a flight. I’ll let them know about the sticky floor when we left in the morning . Honestly, I understand how it could’ve been missed as most of these places the lighting isn’t all that great otherwise it was a great stay and we were able to get a shuttle to the airport right there also was able to leave our car while we were away for $10 a day another win.

Was surprised by the $10 charge to park.

It was okay overall. We were there for just one night.

Have phoned twice to complain about the lack of staff during breakfast. We needed a ticket for breakfast which no one told us about we believed we had paid for breakfast as it was green on the website but the hotel said we didn’t so charged my card anyway. Very disappointed that I’ve not had an email/call follow up regarding the complaint
