There were multiple people verbally fighting throughout the night, slamming doors and yelling at each other.

But upon checking in, I felt instant regret and awkwardness because I didn’t expect to see what I was seeing. I guess I overlooked the pictures or assumed it couldn’t be that bad when I booked it. The reception area was not at all welcoming, maybe because there weren’t anything in the room but a woman behind a plexiglass waiting to checking you in. Makes you feel like you are checking in somewhere else other than a hotel. Trying not to be difficult I continued to check in and make the best of it for the night because it was late. But come to find out that the elevator has not been working for some time and I would have to lug my bags up to the sixth floor, again my bad for I missing this detail. As I am climbing the dingy back stairs I am fearful. I get to my room and not surprising it is just as dismal as the front desk. I am alone and everything about this hotel is horrifying to me. I look around the room and it looks creepy. The bathroom had no towels and even though the bed was made the decor of the room was so bkeak. I could not stay even for the night so I did go to another hotel. I do not consider myself high maintenance and would not have commented but this was the first unpleasant experience for me.

Not too bad, but the elevators didn’t work and my room was on the sixth floor. The TVs didn’t work and there was no air-conditioning working in my initial room, but they did switch my room with no problem.

I had a really bad experience. I booked a room and I wasn't aware that the elevator was not working. I discovered that once I arrived there and it was already paid. The hotel put me on the fifth floor. Once I arrived there, there were bed bugs and a leaky air condition. I went to complain the response I got was "well you get what you paid for." SobI left at seven am because the front desk person told me to come back at three fifteen p.m.; once I came back they then tried to put me back on the fifth floor. I told them I was not going back up there and they refuse to return a refund. The worst experience of my life. I do not recommend.

Space was needed. And it was spacious in my time of need so I am grateful. The charge on my account for the wrong amount!!!! But I don't know who did it so I couldn't say anything and I don't want to dispute anything over the phone too much stress and time consuming!!!

Numerous problems. This is a discount property, but still. Elevator broken. Bedside lamp had to be unplugged to turn off. Smelled like smoke.

Holes in the sheets, floor dirty in the room, AC and elevator both broken

Do not book a room here. The room was so disgusting. It was dirty and outdated. The towels were stained yellow

5th floor no elevator, bugs, no AC worse than sleeping outside, front desk lady is rude would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

Every time I stay here they have computer issues, if the tv works there's barely anything to watch and always issues, and the property looks terrible. This time the elevator was down and others had told me it's been down for months. The elevator really becomes a major issue when placed on 4th or 5th floors.

Worst experience of my life. Especially if you have kids. Dirty, stuffy hotel with bugs. Please avoid

The shops nearby were good

You get what you pay for. Bare bones amenities: shampoo and conditioner; no coffee in room; elevator broken which may or may not get fixed; and the toilet leaked, fortunately not in a used space. It appears that the place is being remodeled so it may be better in the future. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep a few minutes from the airport, go for it!

This property is very run down and falling apart. Elevators don't work, there were holes in the comforter and no phone. I did see 2 roaches in the bathroom. The wall had holes and this really is a budget hotel very misleading. When my husband and I went to check in there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the vending machine. Not to mention when we checked in, we got our key went up stairs to a double queen when my paperwork said one king. Had to go back downstairs and correct it. Our vehicle was fine though. The ac didn't blow like the first room either and it was in the 90s.

Parking was fine but the building was near decrepit. The front desk people could have been a little kinder. Elevator was broken and I was on the 5th floor so that wasn't ideal.

It was the worse yet. Never will book them again. They refused to give me the necessities, wasn't clean, had bugs & It had holes all in the bedding.

Elevators not working and there are 6 floors

The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled terrible. The receptionist was rude. The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. The woman working the front desk is the rudest person I have ever met.
