Price They didn't have a room on the bottom floor for my son in a wheelchair when I put it on my reservation and I drove two hours just to be turned away

The elevator wasn't working so I had to climb 7 flights of stairs to get to the third floor. It was dark, dirty and creepy. It gave Trap House. The walls were disgusting with all types of Stuff all over. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Elevator did not work and we were on the 5th floor. The dead bolt on our door was broken. Clearly people were also using the hotel as living space. Would not stay here again.

24 hr booking available, it's only 15 mins from downtown Richmond They've got roaches in the rooms! Their elevator is broken, the sink in the bathroom was missing knobs, the building is really old, the wifi is really weak. No outlets to charge your devices. You have unplug the lamp, the microwave, the TV or the fridge to use one of the those outlets. no business center area to do work.

Terrible hotel. Bed bugs and dirty rooms. Do not stay here.

No roller for Toilet paper, shower curtain wouldn't stay shut because the rod was curved and sagging, no washcloths, Toilet wouldn't flush properly, and I had notified the housekeeping staff and the maintenance guy about all the issues in my room but no one came to do anything about it while I was still there.
