Good practical stay

What I liked best was how close to the airport it was. From hotel to rental car return was no more than 10 mins. The property was very affordable so that’s good. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast so the only other amenity that I would have used would have been the WiFi which did not work the night I was there. The hotel is a bit dated but my room was clean and bed was comfortable. Given a quick trip to Richmond on my dime again I would stay at this hotel again.

I liked that the room was quiet. I didn’t like the mold on the lamp shade, dirty bathroom, rusty luggage rack and the paint chips all over the walls. The hotel needs a makeover.

The air conditioning actually worked. Yay!

Small amount of hot breakfast, perhaps because not many people stayed. Strange moldy odor in hallway and room. I always bring a can of Lysol. Signs of government funded tenants.

One major inconvenience was that there is no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage if you’re staying on an upper floor. It also seemed like the hotel rents rooms to just about anyone. On my second night, the guests in the room next to mine got into a loud argument that lasted for quite a while. The yelling, cursing, and constant noise kept me awake for much of the night, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to address the disturbance. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, unfriendly staff, lack of an elevator, and noisy environment, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Service was excellent. Rooms were great accept for the worn wood trim. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room, air conditioning working very well, very good deal in relation cost.

Air conditioning in the room did not work properly, was extremely hot , there was no elevator nor was there a vending machine on the property. Also the breakfast they served made me very sick

1. Significant mildew in the room, which wasn’t very clean. 2. A sewage-y smell from the water. 3. Uncomfortable mattress & flimsy bedding. 4. AC out in fitness center & overwhelming mildew smell. 5. Ridiculously noisy staff at breakfast.

The air conditioner was excellent. It was extremely hot and humid outside but the air conditioner in the room worked great. We had problems getting on the wifi so we didn't use it. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The staff (young man) who checked us in was welcoming and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. All in all, decent place to stay and reasonably priced.

The street covers had a cigarette burn hold in it
