    For the breakfast, there were very limited options. The floors were also dirty with spilled food everywhere. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    the interior hallway smelled of dog urine. There was furniture stacked near the elevators on the 1st and 4th floors. The room was ok, but, even though we had two rooms and stayed for 3 nights, we kept the "do not disturb" sign on our doorknob. We did not go to the provided breakfast.

    The main hallway on the first floor smelled terrible. I don’t know if it was the carpet or what. It was very strong and smelled like urine but it was too strong and too big of an area that smelled to actually be urine. There was a small trash can collecting a leak. Maybe the source of the smell? Our room was clean and no problems with our room.

    It used to be a nice motel but everything is going downhill. The carpet and sofa smelled old and had stains. The carpet in the hallway smelled bad. The drink machine was completely empty. The breakfast had no waffles and no scrambled eggs. We’ve stayed here at least 4 times but will probably not come back.

    As a result, my mother and I repeatedly had to park farther away and walk a considerable distance because vehicles without proper authorization were occupying the accessible spaces. This was particularly common among some of the younger men staying at the hotel for construction work. Allowing this situation to continue was inconsiderate and placed an unnecessary physical burden on guests with mobility limitations. This reflects poorly on the hotel, the property, and its management, especially because this is not the first time I have experienced this problem. I have stayed at this hotel four times because its location is essential for my work, but the ongoing lack of attention to accessible parking is deeply disappointing. Management should take immediate and consistent steps to monitor these spaces and ensure they remain available to guests who genuinely need them.

    Check out Breakfast was awful. Rooms were sub par. This hotel doesn't deserve the Plus in Best Western. I had a return night booked which I immediately cancelled.

    When I called for the airport shuttle, which was the primary reason I chose this hotel, the person told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 50 minutes later no one had showed up yet The first room I was assigned had it looked like excrement on the walls and all of the walls were covered with dirt. They did move me to another room, but it had filthy carpet and the tile over the bathroom tub spout was caving in. The whole experience was terrifying and I would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this property

    Part of the reason I chose it was the proximity to the airport in the shuttle. When I called for the shuttle, they said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 50 minutes later, it never arrived. The first room I was given, had what looked like excrement on the walls. The carpets are filthy. The bathtub had the tile caving in above the spout, and it was just horribly filthy. Additionally all the e walls literally had dirt or something else on them. There was a group of men sitting at the pool all night playing loud music that no one spoke to, to have them turn it down. Please don’t ever stay at this hotel.

    The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all.

    Don’t arrive late. My airplane came in at 11:30. They’ll give your room away and not refund you even if you tell them you’re going to be late and they reply OK until 2am. No room. Card charged. No refund. We arrived minutes after midnight.
