Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond Airport VA

Clean rooms staff have exceptional customer service.Great area reasonably priced weather you go through the Hotels .company or you book in person

First off, paid for a non-smoking room and they had me booked for a smoking room. I give them credit. They were able to fix that. As for the included breakfast, there was none. The couch in the room was also stained. For the shower, they offered shampoo or shampoo. What happened to the bath soap? Live and learn.

Staff was awesome. Easy location and close to everything

Stay was cool for the price , but there definitely No breakfast, An room had roaches, got moved to another room with more roaches. Smh lady at the front desk was nice enough to put me up on the third floor an that room was set an cleaned up differently . Stayed for a few hours got up went to work .. Need to upgrade towels an wash clothes it’s 2026 .

Not clean. Dingy, thin towels. Holes and discoloration on bed sheets. Pillows were yellow from sweat and oil stains. Floor and furniture was sticky.

The room i was given was not ready then the room they gave me had cockroaches all over the place. Even on the pillow in the bed! Everything. I would share pics but as soon as I tried to take a Pic the cockroaches scattered

Friend desk guy was super nice. That was the only thing we liked. There was a died either bed bug or roach smash on the way, no mini shampoos or conditioner were in room no towels or washcloth were in the room, the room was musty, the people in hall ways most the night loud, can of beer left in the hallway outside a door, sounded like someone knocked on door in middle of night or it could have been just those people that were being super loud. We left at 645 am there was no breakfast out! Most places have it out at 6. Overall I probably honestly won’t book there again.

Roaches were present didn’t stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and I was able to rest for my trip but really surprised to see the Wyndham name associated with the facility on-line but not at the location. All in all, it was just not what I expected to experience. I would NOT stay there again.

Came out for the hotel breakfast….. room was empty. Went to front desk to inquire and they handed me an oatmeal pie and said this was their breakfast.

No electric outlets that work. Broken lights. Old yellowish linens and towels. Alot of drug activity wandering around outside.
