FYI...reccomendation: ADULT late hours, jacuzzi

So much for kids to do, we couldn't get it all done in the 4 days we were there. Wonderful staff that was very helpful. A little pricey, but we had a wonderful time.

It was such a great stay with our grandkids.

You even have to PAY for overnight parking, should be included in the price Kids were knocking on our doors and running all evening. Didn’t have the best experience

This place was great. We only stayed for 1 night but it would be great for a week stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and lots of activities. Highly recommend

We were charged twice for a wolf pass and birthday pass we also never received our invoice and charged 200 2 days after we checkd

It was nice, but no lazy river due to short staff and the park hours should be extended in the evening

Wish each room have their own microwave

The staff was friendly and the service was great, rooms are small and bathroom small. No breakfast available, great place if you have kids.

Unfortunately, things did not improve after check-in. The room had a noticeable bad odor, and when we checked the bunk beds, there were old chips and debris underneath the mattress that looked like they had been there for a very long time. The cleanliness and overall upkeep were far below what I would expect from a family resort. The water park itself was also underwhelming and poorly maintained compared to other indoor water parks we have visited. For nearly $500 per night, the value simply is not there. The 4.2-star rating completely fooled me. Between the long check-in wait, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing facilities, this was one of the worst resort and water park experiences we’ve had. I would not stay here again, especially at this price point.

We love staying at this hotel. It's a family favorite and close to our house. We love how friendly and welcoming the staff is..

Food and everything was priced high. Luckily plenty of food options near property and grocery store across the lot.

Definitely don’t depend on early morning breakfast! They say their Dunkin is open at 6:30am it never was! Other parents were looking for breakfast options and nothing was open
