One thing to note, we found the bed a tad soft. We’re used to a firm memory foam.

So many bugs in the bed we tell to front desk he say we can’t do anything, we pay 2 nights but no refund we not sleep there

The pool is tiny, no hot tub. The room was hard to get into because the locking mechanism wasnt installed correctly. The first day we got to breakfast 20 mins before end time and I asked about oatmeal that was out and they werent going to make anymore so I grabbed some yogurt to put oatmeal toppings on that (granola and cinnamon) but the attendant took the toppings away also after I asked about the oatmeal. Then next day we were there at the start of breakfast time and getting ready to leave but they did not have breakfast out and ready. Won't be going back to this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the large TV was a nice bonus after a long day. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and other conveniences, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up anything you need without having to drive. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was an impressive variety of fresh options, including eggs, oatmeal, quiche, bananas, muffins, and excellent coffee. It was one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts we've had. A special thank you to Chris H. in the breakfast area. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and willingness to help made every morning enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel that is clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests, we highly recommend.

Outstanding King Room. Stayed at Cedar Point Express first 3 nights which was also fine and had the deals staying on property but the Fairfield was a significantly nicer room/hotel. Area was meh… just a strip mall neighborhood, but I suppose that provides a lot of options. Free breakfast saves a lot if you’re with family. Hotel felt very new with nice, useful exercise equipment. Pool clean and well maintained but small. Would specifically seek out to stay here again. Adult couple no kids here for Cedar Point

I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. The staff at the buffet were extremely nice, helpful, pleasant. When I checked in, it was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just a normal checkin. However, it was quick and organized. I appreciate quality, comfort and efficiency. This fit the bill complete.

Very clean and good service

The breakfast menu was ok ( kept running out of items and they did not replenish quick enough and the morning breakfast area staff was not very nice). Overall good stay.

Check in is at 3:00 pm but was not ready until 4:30pm.
