Perfectly clean and comfortable room. The property was new and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Convenient location to Cedar Point and the highway.

Very clean and good location that is close to everything.

The facility and rooms are clean, and the staff is very polite. The morning breakfast team did an excellent job keeping food and coffee well stocked while keeping the dining area tidy. The hotel is also in a great location, just a few minutes from the park and just a short drive to several restaurants.

Only thing that sucked was the pool room and pool are very small. They did also have a fire alarm go off pretty late at night so that was rough with the small kids getting up and getting outside. The hotel staff did great making sure everyone was out though and the fire department responded fast so we did get to go right back in. Other than that it was a GREAT stay!

I loved the location. Its located on a main street, full of stores and restaurants. Walmart is directly behind the hotel so we walked to get food for our stay so that was very convenient, especially having little ones with us. We were there to visit Cedar Point and it was only maybe a 10 minute drive so that was nice too. All of the staff were very sweet and helpful. The man at the front desk made sure we were provided extra towels and blankets since we were a larger family. Only thing that sucked was the pool room and pool are very small. The room I was assigned had a faulty AC/Thermostat, it would not go below 74 degrees. The front desk sent a repairman that said the thermostats are starting to go bad and did an override to control on the unit itself. Within 5 mins of him leaving, the AC unit turned completely off. I asked the front desk for a room change, as it was in the middle of a heat wave and we selected this hotel specifically because we knew it was a newer property (there is slim pickings in Sandusky for hotels that dont fall into 'motel' category). The front desk moved us to another room, which was a larger suite, which was not needed, but appreciated. The AC worked fine in the new room, and the rest of the stay was completely fine! Hopefully they repair the first room, and proactively repair/replace thermostats if they are starting to go bad.

In addition to the people, the room was clean and well stocked, and the shower had great water pressure. Again, I am so grateful for the excellent service and plain old-fashioned kindness that I experienced from the staff at this hotel. Thank you!!!!

NICE STAFF

The place was nice and breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. The mini fridge doesn’t allow for much but most hotels are moving into this tiny cube fridge direction.

Rooms were nice and clean. Large bathroom and smart TV with apps. Decent breakfast. My sin was upset there wasnt a waffle maker but they did have waffles lol Pillows were very weird. Only complaint
