Everything was good

Quick check in Weird smell

Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying there and they had extremely loud inappropriate conversations to the point that myself and another mom had to make a comment to them.

I felt it was a very small room we stayed 4 days asked twice for our room to be cleaned in that time not 1 proper cleaning only trash taken 1 time and towels swapped 1 time was done. all public areas were very clean it's very modern but not really overly comfortable

I liked how super clean and friendly it was.

Second time staying here and enjoyed the friendly staff and stay, again. Low key and hip kinda place, nothing fancy, simply serviceable and agreeable

Afternoon staff was amazing. The lobby was very entertaining. The outside patio was very nice.

Great location to drive a short bit to Cedar Point!

Everything is the best so far during our road trip. Laundry room is a little bit dirty and smelly.

The location was great, close to several restaurants, shopping, and only 15 min from cedar point. It had a modern updated style and a large common area which was nice. Also appreciate the coffee. The pool needed help, water was cloudy, literally couldn’t see anything. Several baseball players had thrown pool towels in the bottom of the pool that were still in there the next day, my husband pulled out several towels from the bottom. Common area needed attention, crumbs everywhere, tables not clean off. Bathroom in our room out of conditioner and they literally have you using a bed skirt that goes under a mattress as blankets. Breakfast was poorly managed. Both pancake machines not working, hot container that holds eggs and breakfast meat out most of the morning. No one restocking bread or bagels. This hotel just cost way too much for these issues to be happening.

Interesting lobby, lounge, breakfast area.

Amazing stay. Would definitely return.

The property was newer and nice but our room was not up to my cleanliness standards. I have admittedly high standards for hotel rooms and stay at only properties with a rating of 8/10 or higher. This was the highest rated I could find 9.2 out of 10 but the bathroom and the headboard were dirty. 2 of the most important areas in the room. I needed to do a clean with Lysol to feel at all comfortable here.

Staff was friendly and hotel was updated and clean. For the most part. I traveled to Sandusky for a work conference. I kind of get the drift that not many of the hotels care whether they are any better than any of the others. They will get the business anyway. We went to look at the pool. There was a band aid in the bottom of it. The worst part was night time. I really needed a good night's sleep as I was at a conference. The room was temperature controlled. We couldn't turn the thermostat any lower than 68 degrees. The air hardly kicked on at all and it was stuffy all night. I paid several hundred dollars for a room and could not turn it down. The number one thing I want if I am staying at a hotel is comfort and rest. I did not get this at all. I would not stay here again if I had the choice.

The hotel and staff were fine, and the room cleanliness was perfectly acceptable. However, my stay was severely disrupted when the fire alarm went off at 1:00 AM. While I understand safety comes first, being abruptly awoken in the middle of the night made for a very frustrating experience.

The breakfast was great , I have stomach issues a need certain foods but you didn’t have potatoes in the morning so your staff took it upon herself to go next door a get me potatoes. I appreciated that so much. Definitely will stay here again ?

The refrigerator in our room did not work. We had perishables and needed to keep several items cold. The staff brought us some additional ice and even took our items and placed them in the hotel’s refrigerator. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to offer assistance. The room was rather small but super clean. The location on the main road made for some loud evenings and mornings.
