Our rooms tub was clogged and there was no WiFi

Breakfast was okay. The room was clean. Parking was good. Upon entering we were not greeted. The desk attendant was eating but ultimately came out to the front. She was cordial but not very welcoming. Tried to make pleasant conversation and she was a bit confused acting. The next morning the desk attendant was very welcoming. She even allowed a later checkout. That was nice. Overall we’d give it 3 stars.

The only down side was that the pool room was as hot and humid as it was outside 104 degrees. Otherwise great stay

The property was decent for the price. Mostly clean and well maintained. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, both of which were clean. The bathtub was a bit outdated and stained. The entire hotel smelled like the chlorine from the pool. Staff doesn’t bring you new towels or clean your room unless requested which could be good or bad depending on your preference. Overall for the price paid I could not be upset.

This hotel was ok. Would stay there again. I wish they had more towel racks to dry towels and wash cloths after showering. This is an older hotel and they could use a few more outlets for charging devices. Take your own hairdryer, the one in the room is awful. Breakfast staff were fantastic.

Average hotel. Better than Baymont for sure. Breakfast ok. Couldn’t figure out the tv remote. No hand towels when we arrived or shower towel for floor. Overall good place to sleep if going to amusement park. It did the job.

I have been here many times, but this time it was different, breakfast was never enough, every 15 minutes running out of something. I stayed for 3 nights but none of the time housekeeping came and cleaned the room even after telling them and reminding. I don’t think they are prepared for the season or busy week as I didn’t even stayed there for weekend

Im not a big fan of choice hotels but this quality was pretty good. The staff was pretty great. We just needed a place to stay with a pool for a trip to cedar point and this was the best for your buck. I would stay here again

The room I stayed in was not clean. The mirror had footprints all over it. My kids found marbles and gummy worms. The room smelled musty and the carpet was sticky. The front desk "pranked" called our room at 11:30 at night and started signing Bad Romance when I answered. Overall, just not happy with the stay and will not stay there again.

The people at front desk were very nice, professional and helpful.

The original room they put me in was not cleaned well. There were false eye lashes on the night stand and make up on the sheets which lets me know they made the bed but didn't change the sheets so I requested a new room which staff did accommodate and give me a new room and apologized.

Room was clean, everything was beyond wonderful, will stay again!

Location cleanliness and updated Nothing

The pool and staff was great. The room was dirty, tv didn't work, drawers didn't close. The closet door was stuck and couldn't open. Finally got it open for the hair dryer and could tell it hadn't been opened and. Leaned in a lomg time.

Loved everything. Great stay for the price. One of the reasons we picked was location to Cedar Point and also the included breakfast but we slept so well that we didn't wake up in time for breakfast. I want to add that my 5 year old grandson cut his big toe on something sharp in the pool. Your sign says "first aid kit at front desk". I went there and all they had was bandaids and gauze. I wanted an antiseptic spray or first aid cream of some sort but nothing like that was in your box. This was in the evening and I even went back the next morning for more bandaids and she couldn't find any first aid cream either. stated above
