Quality Inn & Suites Sandusky

Hotel was in a good location, about 15 minutes or so from Cedar Point, close to the baseball fields at the sports complex, and close to a lot of options for food and groceries. Our issue was both our sink, and shower drains backed up. We stood in ankle-deep water while we showered, and the sink quickly backed up as well.

Breakfast need more options.

Staff was pleasant Not clean, room was so humid the bed and floor were damp. Very expensive stay. Especially for the what we stayed in.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Overall stay was good. My bed was not very comfortable. Sagged in the middle. When we got back from the amusement park the second night, our room was without lights. The desk clerk tried to help but for some reason only our room was without lights (?). We had to change rooms but that resulted in a much better bed. However, we were unable to get the TV to work that night or the next morning. Overall it was a good experience. The hall carpeting needed a thorough cleaning.

Exceptional

Decent size and set up.! Clean room and pool. Staff was somewhat aloof and not professional. Not very warm or welcoming, on their phone and a general lack of urgency. The breakfast also left something to be desired. There was no syrup for the waffles, no juice, and very limited options foodwise.the sound pollution in the room was also not great. You could hear people in the hallway as if they were in your room 2 feet away from you.

There were a few problems. Our tv didn’t work at all but Brad the maintenance man fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Otherwise it was fine

Hotel nice & clean friendly staff

The room was a decent size with a refrigerator and microwave. The location was good and the price. The pool area was dirt. There was hair and trash around the pool. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was not fully cleaned. As far as the breakfast it was decent. The eggs were suppose to be scrambled but they had water mixed with them.

The rooms smelled pretty musty and the bedding was damp feeling. Staff was courteous.

Nothing

The room was okay, bed was very comfortable. Good location.

The other thing was the pool. My kids jumped in and swam for about a half hour prior to checking out then, realized there was a ton of hair floating in the water with them. Not just near them but, throughout the pool. I don't the the filter was.... filtering. Aside from that, the place was pretty quiet and clean. I slept very well.

Location is ideal close to plenty of food and where we were playing a baseball tournament out of The place smell, musty, rundown, and there was no staff anywhere

Breakfast was nice and had a variety: eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, yogurt, breads/muffins, and milk& juices. Was able to hear the teams in the hotel moving around at night and early morning as they left 4 their tournaments. Loved that it had a gym but the bosu was deflated and only had 1 treadmil and bike in a room in the pool so limited hours.

Affordable Somewhat dated and ac didn't work well

Breakfast the staff was really desperate to take you out. Unbelievable, looks like they make some money if they take you out quickly and early.

Clean and safe. The price.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast should be open till atleast 930 if not 10 am.
