It was a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, and the staff was awesome. Probably will stay again!
-
Not super clean but for the price of this hotel room, I am generally satisfied
-
The staff was great but this place is in need of maintenance. The air conditioning made strange noises only at night, the entire place smelled like stale smoke and it was very loud in general. I would not stay here again.

The stay was decent. Rooms could’ve been cleaner, I had to clean the bathroom before using it. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. There was NO elevator, I was NOT made aware of there being no elevator BEFORE reserving and or paying for said room.

The hotel is very outdated. We brought our Amazon Fire Stick hoping to connect it to the TV, but the TV and remote would not allow us to change the input to HDMI. The remote wasn’t even the correct remote for the TV in our room, and several buttons didn’t work. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement remote and whether they could enable the HDMI input. The gentleman at the front desk told me guests are not allowed to change the HDMI input. As a result, we had to watch movies on our phones the entire stay. The room itself had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom sink had an odd pink stain, the water pressure was very weak, and the sink drained so slowly that water would back up every time it was used. The outside of the shower had visible black stains that made it appear dirty. The bed also had a large yellow stain on the side, which was extremely unpleasant. In addition, whenever the air conditioner was running, the room had a strong musty, mold-like odor. Another major issue was housekeeping. During our entire three-night stay, no one came to clean the room, make the bed, empty the trash, or replace our towels. We had to reuse the same towels for the entire stay, which

False representation, room nothing like or didn’t even look like advertised. Terrible experience. Actually, would like a refund. Staff not knowledgeable or aware of amenities mentioned in description. Example, staff asked for linen for the sofa bed, stated no sofa beds in room. Had to inform them my room has a sofa bed. Finally gave me extra linen. No table in room as described. The one chair in the room looked like from someone’s office desk. Bathroom light very dim. Room on first level, had to keep curtains pulled (no shears at window which made room very dark). Strangers constantly walking past room on grass, could look right into room. Made us uncomfortable.

Well the pictures are better than the actual visit. On a positive the bed was comfortable and despite a hotel full of kids for a sporting tournament was quiet. Booked rooms for 4 people each just as a layover on our trip, came with 2 towels in the room had to get more from the desk in the morning and asked if they had additional blankets and they flatly said no, I didn’t know we would be this busy. Also, don’t be older and get a 2nd floor room, no elevator only stairs and a crazy steep ramp at the next set of stairs up to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was minimal at best - waffles and wrapped pastries. Was the lower priced for the date I stayed and still was too much for this property.

Great

Very convenient hotel to Cedar point. I was able to check in early fortunately. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I would’ve liked with the coffee pot in the room, but everything else with rates.
-
They over sold rooms. I booked a king and when I went to check in I was told it wasn’t available and had to settle for a Queen room. Property wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom was old and water pressure jacked up
-
Location Smell was not good, room is not good and not enough clean. Bedsheets were smelly, washroom is not good. Its not worth for the price and It didnt match for the star rating.
-
Room was clean and orderly, bathroom not so much. Batroom was clean but toilet was loose, sink drain was VERY slow, fan was VERY noisy. Shower was good and hot.

Close to kalahari and Walmart Staff releasing information on if I was staying in their hotel or not without me present. Staff making new keycards for my room for people without my name, knowledge, or physical appearance. Genuinely I’m glad it was only my roommates, because this location is a stalkers dream location for their victim to stay. Staff is incredibly lucky that their actions didn’t put me in danger, but there’s no way it wouldn’t put others in danger. They also turned off the keycards for the room HOURS before checkout. Absolutely horrific behavior and actions.

Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS

Basic hotel. No hotel gym. Limited amenities.
-
Continental breakfast was ok, but not a lot of choices. Not the worst place I've stayed.
-
i always enjoy my time here. it's close to kalahari, the staff is friendly, free parking, the rooms are always clean.

For a lower price hotel, it's totally fine. It doesn't have many frills, and the breakfast was a little basic, but it worked. Free parking is a huge perk and it works. Staff was kind and helpful whenever I needed them. Hotel was pretty quiet overall and I had no issues. Stayed for 4 days.

During our stay, we were moved to three different rooms because the showers were not functioning properly. Instead of resolving the issue, hotel staff actually brought us tools and expected us to attempt to fix the shower ourselves, which was completely unacceptable. We originally booked and prepaid for a three-night stay through Booking.com, but due to the ongoing issues and poor accommodations, we were forced to leave after just one night. Despite this, the hotel charged us again for the full stay, resulting in us being double charged by both Booking.com and the hotel. Since then, I have spent days trying to contact both the hotel and Booking.com to resolve the issue and obtain a refund. The hotel has been completely unresponsive to calls and messages and has shown no professionalism or willingness to help. Booking.com has also been very difficult to work with despite multiple calls requesting assistance and a refund. Given the circumstances, we should only be responsible for one night’s stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service, lack of maintenance, and ongoing billing issues.

The room was clean but that doesn't matter when you can't use the shower The web site had said that there was an elevator, there was not. I'm 73 and have a bad hip and it was VERY difficult having to climb the stairs. The cold water in the shower would only trickle out so the water was too hot for anybody to shower.
