Delta Hotels by Marriott Santa Clara

When we arrived we were excited for our suite. It’s a nice sized room with a separate living room. But when we walked around we noticed a panel not installed properly, a weird drain cover in the shower outside also not installed and the sink had a loud plopping sound. The front desk immediately moved us to a 9th floor room with the same layout. It was a great hotel. Just wished there was more stuff within walking distance. We had to drive everywhere. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

I didn’t that they put us in a motel set up for the price I paid . And the receptionist tried to put us in a second floor with no elevator because he’s saying there’s no more 2 queen bed that I booked .

The staff was very helpful when my luggage was delayed at the airport.

I also enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee at Starbucks in the morning

Some staff at front desk lacked customer service. I asked if they had a microwave available somewhere and guy just said it was out of the way down a hall and I probably wouldn't be able to find it because no one usually did. That was it never even offered to take us to show us. Besides that stay was good no complaints.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned throughly – no stains or odors. If you’re looking for a clean, reasonably priced room within 15 minutes from the convention center, this is a very excellent option.

Check in was awful room wasn’t cleaned went to get towels at the desk and only provided one bath towel..worst customer service

Very good

Room did not have proper ventilation. The charge of $21 to park your vehicle on premises per day is outrageous. Very short staffed in a crowded hotel specially in the lobby area.

It’s ok No jacuzzi - pool wasn’t working

Bed was very comfortable! The floors had hair on them and could have used a good scrub. For the most part it was enjoyable.

Family friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff. Easy and grab to go snacks at lobby. Bar was open late for a drink with friends.

Very cool and nice place. Everything was super clean and the people are very friendly. Rooms look to be newly remodeled and very clean with nice appointments. Also has a great little restaurant and bar.

Nothing Staff is rude and slip by the extra fees to the bill. Door and keys need to be updated and functional
