Good location The other guests made me uncomfortable, and that's understatement. This is not a hotel. This is a motel, but that's fine. The worst part is I was woken up by a guy 3AM who talked over the phone in foreign language right outside of my room, and he literally screamed at the phone and was very emotionally unstable. I don't dare open the door and ask him to be quiet due to his mental state and for fear he has weapon.

There was even nails and trash in the drawers.

Good location, good price. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Terrible WiFi, keeps dropping off. No breakfast. Narrow room: chair at desk stacked to the bed!

Easy A guy tried to break into our room and took out the screen at 3am

descent location Door would not secure, key cards didn’t work, no hot water, junkies, prostitutes and criminal activity in the parking lot and stairwells. Noisy location.

Courteous , knowledgeable and professional. Very neighborly, front receptionist even recommended best eateries near their location. The building faced the sunset so it'll get hot and warm towards the evening, but that's just because if the season.

Furnishings, bed, cable tv. The staff were friendly. Location by many restaurants. Easy to park. Low toilet.

More security. Stranger knocking on doors at 5am.

The beds are awsome 4 star. TV didnt work. Great stay. Quiet Nothing 3 star

Location Smells bad

Nothing The rooms were dirty and found a condo wrapper in the bed and roaches in bathroom.

no water for shower, faucet broken

Beds are too tall. I had to basically jump up to get up on the bed. At age 43,luckily I can still jump up, but I can't imagine a 70 year old trying to jump up to get up on the bed. They would need a stepping stool.

I mostly liked that it was near where I needed to go. The building is very old, worn out, has barely functioning keycard readers(it was a challenge to get into the room), ripped carpet all around the room with patched up walls, old, damaged and stained furniture, to dirty toilet seat, and leaking shower. And worst of all, the awful penetrating cigarette smell in a supposed non-smoking room.

I travel to a lot of different places throughout the year just a few days here and a few days there in California and sometimes I find gyms worth the price in gold. Anyway it's a nice place it's clean excellent service. And the price was perfect for me.

Cost Cleanliness, comfort

The facilities were excellent, the property was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant options were good, and the hotel was close enough to San Jose airport for an early morning flight.
