The property was close to Kaiser Hospital and at an affordable rate. Had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Management was friendly.

The hotel was okay for the price.

The person in front was very nice, but the ice machine was not working and it looked kind of ghetto

Bad odor in the whole room

Basic motel. Laundary machine is dirty, the slot for detergent was moldy and dirty as no one clean it regularly. Swimming pool water needs to be cleaned but staff just ignore it. The sign of rodeway inn was wore out. LAWN was dry and no maintainance. The stair got stain. Sheet set kunda worn out. Don't expect much from a basic motel. Free Breakfast was basic but better than nothing anyway.

A coworker and I,Booked our rooms.Augest 8th arrived Sunday evening,We are both commercial drivers.We took are tractors topark and shut down for the night.We were greeted with a rude and disrespectful employee. He asked what are we doing here.We replied with,we are guest,He told us we cant park.There was already another commercial vehicle already parked.Truck was larger than ours.We had show him,his company website. Stating commercial vehicle parking is available Parking lot was 78 percent empty,We are leaving at 5:00 am,Employee was out of line and disrespectful.We wont back

We didn't have breakfast Room/bathroom smelled like pee. Everything was sticky. Walls were dirty.

I wish this place would shut down.

A good service and very clean

This is a very good hotel with all necessary amenities. The current front desk has been exceptional. The staff is well behaved.

AC and parking was fine but pretty dirty of a place and breakfast was just microwave food and snacks

Carpets in the room felt incredibly sticky like they weren’t properly cleaned or just weren’t cleaned at all. The breakfast consisted of really good coffee and then some apples, bananas, and a bunch of packaged food. Pretty typical. Except the fridge that held yogurt and juice wasn’t cold… definitely wanted yogurt and changed my mind. When I let the front desk person know the fridge wasn’t cooling, they just looked at me plainly and said “okay.” Otherwise the stay was fine. They do have warnings posted that say if you “stain” their rags or towels they will add additional charges to your bill. So, be wary of that if you wish to remove your makeup or anything of the like.

The room also had a strong moldy, musty smell. We changed rooms THREE times, and none of the rooms solved the problems. The rooms were poorly lit and so dark that they felt like caves. Noise was another major issue. The hotel is right next to a gas station, so you constantly hear cars coming and going. In the morning, the cleaning staff were also extremely loud outside the rooms, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of all that, there was someone selling barbecue right outside the hotel, and the smell constantly came into the room. It was so strong that I felt like my clothes and even my body smelled like barbecue afterward—and I didn’t even eat any. Between the suspected bed bugs, my allergic reaction, the moldy smell, constant noise, barbecue smoke and odors, and extremely dark rooms, this was an awful stay. What made it even worse was the hotel’s response when I raised the bed bug issue. After changing rooms three times and still having serious problems, I think refusing a refund was completely unreasonable. I would not stay here again.

It's a budget motel - got what was expected. No complaints.
