My only gripe was the breakfast was so so. Basic hotel breakfast. The omelettes were cold. Same with the bacon. I’d stay there again though. The underground parking was super clean and nice.

Place was OK. It was quiet. Adequate. No frills. Standard hotel breakfast. Staff was nice.

The overall condition of the room was poor and, quite frankly, reminded me of a Motel 6 before their renovations. The chair in the room was grossly stained and looked as though it should have been removed from service rather than left for a guest to use. The bathroom showed signs of sloppy repairs and patchwork, and the walls were noticeably in need of repair and maintenance. Overall, the room felt worn, poorly maintained, and far below what I would consider acceptable for the rate and type of property being advertised. To add to the disappointment, I inquired about a late checkout and was told there would be an additional fee. While I understand that hotels have individual policies, I have stayed at much nicer and better-maintained properties that have graciously accommodated a reasonable late checkout without charging an additional fee. Given the condition of this particular room, being asked to pay even more for a little extra time only added to my dissatisfaction. Guests should not walk into a hotel room and immediately notice stained furniture, poorly completed repairs, and walls in obvious need of attention. These are basic maintenance and cleanliness standards that should be addressed before a room is made available to paying guests.

Breakfast Pool was not heated, jet tub in the hotel room extremely small, pool was inoperable…. Also, tub & sink drain were both clogged.

It’s such a beautiful hotel. It’s in a great location and the staff were wonderful. It was so comfy and I slept great. The breakfast was nice as well

Only con: I was a little confused on the $15 parking fee since I booked through hotels.com when their ad said 'parking available', but it did mention an amount until towards the bottom. It would be nice to see that up higher so as not to be surprised.

Hotel rooms had a bad odor, carper floors were old, dirty and utilizing house keeping services need to be informed 24 hrs in advance which is not feasible.

There was bed bugs, I woke up with a lot of bites

The hotel was a good choice. The room was clean the staff very helpful. Need some upgrade into the bathroom but other then that I recommended this hotel.

The property was well maintained, rooms were well kept, and had an abundance of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The front desk lady I think was Carter was not helpful. Wasn’t able to provide information about housekeeper. The shower didn’t work properly, housekeeping never arrived even though I requested at check in for the next day. When I asked Carter she was not friendly or helpful her answer was, “I don’t know they don’t tell me” I asked the guy after next to her as we ween to run errands from 10-4 and the room still wasn’t made. I asked the guy if I could at least get towels he was nice and said he would check with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly. I have stair there before and had a better experience. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with front desk staff and cleanliness or room and housekeeping.
