This hotel is very nice for the price you pay. The breakfast buffet is great. You can’t beat it. Nice fitness center and a very clean pool. Loved it. I will always come here if we have a venue at the Levi Stadium. Loved it.

Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was nice.

Great value at the Domain for any length of stay. Danny runs the best hotel bar in Santa Clara county and will be the #1 reason I return!
-
The room was superior, very clean, awesome staff! Very well maintained Complimentary breakfast with multiple options would definitely recommend and it's my go-to for San Jose.

We stayed only one night and thought it was a nice place for the price. However, they do charge for parking, which I think is ridiculous since I'm already paying for my room. Also, the free breakfast started out good at 7am, but they don't restock during the morning and it was almost depleted by 9:00. We did not use the pool. Overall, I would recommend.

Bathroom had a toilet leak and the maintenance staff said they would give us towels to soak up the water, and we could continue to stay in the room. It was gallons of water that would flow out with reach flush. Room smelled very dingy and moldy. The bathroom grout had pink and black mold. Would not recommend if you’re not getting an updated room. Lobby is fire. That’s about it.

Me and my family had a nice stay at the Domaine the only complaint was that we shared a wall with the bar and could hear the blender whenever it was used. The hot tub was also covered and closed for some time .I was hoping for a good soak after a long day of travel

A good hotel—great location and friendly staff. But the floors in the room need washing!

The staff was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! We stayed for 4 nights The website offers hypoallergenic bedding and we pre requested them for our family on our reservation but when arrived from our very first day they claimed they didn’t know if they actually had hypoallergenic bedding. Also we would request services for our room every single night and no one came to service our room. We also requested the bedding and towels for ourselves and every single time the excuse was they didn’t have any extra because the hotel was booked full. How do u NOT have extra towels wash clothes and beddings for ur guests! My family and I was on vacation so we would leave during the day and come back at night. They also charge 15$ a night to park in their lot kowing there IS NOT ANY WHERE ELSE CLOSE TO PARK. We parked for 2 nights in lot and the last 2 nights we parked a couple of streets over. Also some RANDOM MAN ENTERED OUR ROOM WITH A KEY VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. I have 2 GIRLS and they were very scared behind this! We had our DO NOT DISTURB SIGH UP THE WHOLE TIME AS WELL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND TRIED TO DENY EVERYTHING WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEM ON OUR LAST MORNING THERE! Saying even though they are hotel they do not work at Night…Night time is when my family would request things for the next day, but yet that is supposed to be there policy to give 24hr request notice for everything and anything you need. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!

So much I wish the restaurant had been open during my stay

Bad
-
Staff were rude and rooms smelt like rotten milk when asking for more towels or toilet paper they wouldn’t give it to us. A/C don’t work it’s sooo hot In the place

None We stayed in room 215. The bathroom stinked, same weird bad smell filled in the whole room once AC was turned on. Also, kept hearing loud thumping noises from above till late night. I have stayed with the domain on previous occasions and it was good, but this time was really bad.

From the moment we arrived we were dealing with issues after issues.. 1. BUGS IN THE ROOMS 2. PILES OF LITERAL TRASH IN EVERY HALLWAY TOOK ALMOST 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO REMOVE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE 3. BROKEN TOILET, WOULD NOT FLUSH, LEAKING UNDER WHERE SEAL SHOULD BE, TOILET WAS DISATTCHED FROM FLOOR AND WOULD LIFT OFF THE GROUND 4. THE ENTRY ROOM DOOR HITS THE GLASS SLIDING CLOSET DOOR DIRECTLY BEHIND IT (OURS SHATTERED MOD TRIED THREATENING US HE WOULD CHARGE US FOR IT) NO DOOR STOPPER AT ALL (COMPLETE CON) TOOK THE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS OF ASKING AND LITERALLY HOURS TO CLEAN UP THE GLASS IN OUR ENTRY DOORWAY 5. MOD WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACSIT 6. WERE TOLD THEY WOULD MOVE US ROOMS, WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND WERE NEVER MOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL ROOM DO NOT STAY HERE! PLEASE PAY EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE A GOOD STAY

We arrived about 3:45 PM and were able to check in within about five minutes. The check in process was a breeze, parking was onsite and free (garage underground had more space). We were upgraded from Executive Suite to the Presidential Suite on top corner so it was pretty quiet. The only “issues” we had were that bedding for the pull out sofa bed were not in the room, only two towels but we had 4 on the reservation, we did not have a drain plug for our tub, and our very old smoke detector went off 3 times. I was also disappointed that the jacuzzi is no more, for now at least. These were minor inconveniences, but pool was clean (I skimmed) and warm, breakfast was warm, punctual and varied slightly each day, and gym was clean with newer equipment. Overall great location for us, the staff let me know that dogs AND cats can stay for a fairly small fee and thry also had some decent candy, noodles and a microwave available in the lobby. Not bad, we will return with our elderly cat and enjoy this location in the future since it is close to the redwoods and coast.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Really clean hotel.

Breakfast was not good. My tv lost a station after electricity went out 3rd day there. Ask 3 times to fix it and no one came!
