Good

The hotel looks great in pictures but the room I stayed was old and kind of ran down. The bathroom was moldy and smelled. The AC unit was very loud.

The rooms are horrible, look like motel 6. Walking in you think you’re going to get a decent room but it was absolutely horrible.

Nice staff. Gave me free parking. Good location. Decent included breakfast. Reasonably well maintained, but the room did show some wear and tear. The shower head and faucet could've been cleaner. Walls are thin and door closings are pretty loud. Got woken up in the middle of the night a few times.

I have stayed here a few times now its always nice and clean, friendly staff everything was great like always. I did try to use the qr code to look up the restaurants menu but the qr code doesn't work anymore other then that everything was great

The bedding had an unpleasant, musty smell, and there was a ball of hair on the restroom floor when we arrived. We actually had to buy Febreze because of the odor in the room. The mattress was also sinking, and the pillows felt worn out and flat. Hotels should invest in replacing mattresses and pillows every so often, as these things make a big difference in the overall comfort and quality of a stay. While the exterior was maintained, the room itself definitely needed more attention and updating.

staffs are friendly

I booked a deluxe double room and was charged $190 plus $15 for parking. I received room 131 on the first floor. I had sent a message that I wanted a room on a higher floor. I received a room that was outdated and in need of a renovation. The shower tile was painted. The tub was worn out and stained. The floor tile was old and dirty looking. The bathroom had stained looking wall paper. The bathroom had drain flies. No pictures on the walls. The headboard was attached to the wall and visible blue paint was seen behind the second bed a a piece of wood between the wall and headboard. The bedroom nightstand was outdated and the room had a strong carpet odor. I thought breakfast would be horrible but it was nice.

Staff is incredibly irresponsible. Even their front desk manager is very inconsiderate. They have people handling the front desk who don’t folllow through and not take into account of customers concerns

It was alright . Not to bad

The room’s condition was unsatisfactory, characterized by inadequate cleanliness, including debris and hair, as well as missing advertised amenities such as the wine and necessary bedding for the pull-out sofa. Additionally, the suite presented multiple maintenance failures, specifically a non-functional spa tub, faulty lighting, and detached sink hardware. Despite contacting the front desk to request a partial refund for these discrepancies, I was informed that no management was available, and my subsequent requests for a follow-up went unaddressed. Given the significant investment of $330 plus a $100 deposit, the lack of quality was particularly distressing, as the stay was intended to provide a necessary environment for pre-operative rest prior to my scheduled open-heart surgery.

The room was clean, however had a little damp smell. I would stay there again.

The property was convenient and the lobby is very nice. The rooms were ok. The bathrooms were older and the hot water did not run very hot. The pool was not heated as advertised and the the filter did not do a good job, a lot of debrinand bugs floating in there. Breakfast was not great even for complimentary standards. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear the traffic from the main road. Would not stay here again.

Didn't have the friendliest front desk person after I realized I accidentally left my ID at home. He put us in the dingiest room on the first floor. We almost left entirely but expressed our concerns to another front desk person (unsure of her name) and she kindly moved us to a somewhat better room. I will say the ambiance is so modern and cute but the rooms were quite the opposite. Yes there were clean bedding and towels but the condition of the tub and around the bathroom didn't make us feel comfortable with our stay. Overall, if you need a quick place to stay and sleep then it will suffice. But I personally wouldn't stay here again. A positive would be the contmplimentary breakfast that helped start our day b4 the drive back home!
