Exelente hotel, me gusto muy lindo, y buena atencion. Lo recomiendo 100%

I booked this on a website. I was told one price online. When we got to the hotel I was quoted another price that was $150 more than the original. We were not allowed to check in. When I asked the front desk person what could be done to fix this he said ' I'll just go ahead and put that the customer canceled'. We drove 8 hours and were not allowed to pay. We did not cancel. I will never book with this hotel again.

Very old and outdated,rooms not clean

The breakfast was ok, a lot of people and only one person helping, so a lot of food was not refilled. For the price, the rooms could be more nicer but it was clean. The bad part was the noise, we heard someone knocking like at 3am, unsure which room but it was uncomfortable and specially because it is located next to mobile homes.

Great stay, clean and comfy, bathrooms can be updated. Good breakfast, beautiful amenities and lobby.

Other than that, I definitely would stay here again and recommend this location. The ambience was very nice very BoHo and tasteful decor.

Upon checking in, the front desk representative mentioned twice that I had not booked directly with the hotel and had used Expedia to book my stay. We were assigned a room on the second floor and were horrified by the unpleasant smell upon entering the room. There were multiple large stains on the carpet, and the bathroom floor was unclean and had dark stains on the flooring and sides of toilet. I asked for a new room and was informed it would be an upgrade fee since I booked a normal room through Expedia. However, the upgrade fee was waived after explaining the smell in the first room. We were assigned a room on the third floor that did not contain carpet and resembled the online photos. The sheets did have black marks on them and one of the towels had marks on it as well. We reserved a double queen room for our family of four, and only two towels and washcloths were in located in the bathroom.There was a breakfast buffet that had a waffle maker, but the buffet was unclean and not well maintained throughout the morning (syrup and food on the buffet counter, utensils and flooring). It was not a pleasant experience especially for the price. I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Great stay they just don’t have rollaway beds or extra blankets

The Rates were so high but I think due to World Cup demand. Otherwise It is obvious that It is not 300 USD / Per night hotel.

Noisy and ineffective air conditioner.

Once we checked in and got to our room we noticed there was dried blood on our sheets. They immediately changed them. Didn’t offer a discount or anything for this issue. We later called down to have housekeeping clean our room as we were there for 3 nights and they said they needs 24 hour notice and couldn’t help us. Horrible customer service. Will not be staying there again.

I will start with what was good; the staff was warm, welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the room was not well maintained and smelled like mildew. The beds were extremely hard and though they were sleep numbers the remotes did not work. The breakfast that was offered was about an hour late from listed time. The carpet in the rooms felt and looked dirty. Will not return.

Always a great place to stay and unwind.

This was a very nice hotel and he room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast options, too.

Check in experience was as expected and staff was nice. Staff interaction during our stay was pleasant and mostly greeted with a smile. Check out however was something less than desirable. I came in late the night before check out and asked the night auditor for a late check out the next day. He said I would have to call in the AM. Not ideal but fine. Was woken up at 11:30a by a knock on the door by housekeeping (isn't check out 12noon?). I called the front desk and asked for a late check out and I was immediately told no, then told there was a charge for a late check out, but only then did he ask me what time I needed. The late check out cost is $40, so not breaking the bank but what time does that get me until? They gave us until 12:30, with no charge but I left the hotel feeling rushed and annoyed. I was in hospitality for 15 years so I give a lot of grace but this clerk has been in it too long and has forgotten how to put themselves in place of the guest.

The hotel is very cute and close to Levi Stadium which was why we came. Easy to get an uber to the World Cup game. We arrived early and they kept our bags for us while we went to Big Sur. Breakfast was more than enough and the gym was well appointed. Unfortunately the hot tub doesn’t work, too difficult to maintain. The bar is very convenient and the lobby is very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast, clean room, relatively quiet No housekeeping service

The overall ambiance and decor were pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of options. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Staff were helpful in switching our room to a room with more comfortable beds. Sleep number beds were uncomfortable at all numbers. They seemed worn down and didn't adjust properly. The toilet in the 1st room ran constantly, the slide lock on the door in the 2nd room was broken, and multiple facilities appeared to be in need of repair.
