Rooms were as described, great for a stay in the Bay Area. It had nice amenities and room was clean

Honestly the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in terms of noise we had our room close to the gate near the road. I could hear the cars, the bathroom flushing/in use, people walking on the stairs and WORST OF ALL was the noisy people in the room next to us that would not stop talking and being noisy all through the night. THE WALLS FELT LIKE THEY WERE PAPER THIN LOL I COULD LITERALLY HEAR THE CONVERSATION IF I PUT MY EAR NEXT TO THE WALL. Couldn’t even rest properly with all of the noise. I don’t think I would ever come back but my one regret was not asking to change the room to an upstairs one. Never book a room downstairs.

Mount Hermon. It’s pretty central to many destinations. It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable.

This was a convenient and reasonably priced place for this area. My issues are. There were little bugs in the room around the sink; the door was so crooked on the hinges that it was like the door was open -- very loud outside and you could hear everything outside; towels weren't changed and instead of bringing me new ones, they had me come down and get them; breakfast was free, but chaotic and not really accessible; no amenities available. The price was okay, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

It is location convenient Will stay again next time

It was a cute set up. The lobby was nice, the pool looked nice and we liked the outside hallways and the colors different The beds were full size not to fit two people in each bed. We had major ant problem in our room

First impressions from outside was just so so. Pleasantly surprised after walking in and stayed for 4 days 👍

Stayed here one night. The pool area was clean and breakfast wasn’t too bad. The hotel is Located in a good spot where there is quick access to surrounding restaurants and shops. My only gripe is that my room was near one of the gated exits to the parking lot and I could hear people exiting and entering at all hours. Definitely a good spot for families.

The space is super cute well decorated, bright and happy. It was like a maze and finding our room was a bit of a pain but once we did it was smooth from there out

Superb

The room smelled like mold. The staff was not attentive to my concerns regarding my room. I explained to them that I have Health issues and cannot be in a room, smelling like mold. Very old facility, but still charging expensive rates. I paid the same as I would pay for a Marriott, but the quality is like a motel six. Took a long time to receive my refund from the facility. They didn’t want to approve my refund because I didn’t complete my stay. I left right after check in due to the quality of the rooms shown to me.

Needs a good cleaning, pressure wash outside, walls concrete and doors. Very musty smell and when entering room very musty and mold in corner ceiling in shower. Definitely not of Hyatt quality was being presented.

A+++ loved it! So clean and bright, I love the retro decor! Checking in and out was a breeze. The bed and linens were super comfy, pool area was well maintained and a great place to lounge and soak up some sun. Location is also great! Close to shops and restaurants and freeway. Definitely would stay again. I’m home now and wish I was still at the wild palms
