It was a surprising place to stay. Quiet and convenient location to make all the business connections while returning to rest and prepare. Staff members were friendly and the guests ranged from families on vacation to international travelers making business connections.

Absolutely amazing place if you have a Small DOG! 🐶 Can’t wait to go back and will be soon. TY all the amazing Staff. Best, T.

This is a great place to stay. It’s on the less expensive end but you wouldn’t know it. The check in process was quick and the staff was very sweet! The beds are comfy and the AC worked great! The rooms are decorated in bright colors and everything was in good shape and clean! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. There were quite a few people using the pool (it was July 4th weekend) but there is a lot of seating so it didn’t feel too crowded. The breakfast was great - lots to choose from. I definitely recommend this place.

All in all our stay was great, however, there was one little problem with the step next to building two. That step is a fall waiting to happen. There should be some railing or a bollard to provide something something for people with balance issues. The decline in front of the step and the decline after the step made it terrifying for me. My husband very likely would have fallen but I was able to drop him off in front of the lobby so he didn’t have to go up that step. Otherwise, our stay was great

The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training. Very family friendly. Great location. We would stay again.
-
Only complaint which I think is similar to others I read is that the noise above our room was super loud at midnight I could hear showers and tv and it made it hard to sleep

Everything was great Nothing to dislike

Everything is amazing and good accommodation place

Great place to stay when in Silicon Valley area. Fantastic Ethnic restaurants very close and walkable.

Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator. So for those traveling with a lot of luggage be aware. The rooms were clean enough but condition of the hotel was terrible, lack of up keep and very dirty. I will not be staying here again.

I didint have the breakfast but did see what they served. Seemed decent. Get there early though things run out. I went to the hot tub and just relaxed had a nice mini waterfall near it. Rooms were clean. Pet friendly

Shower was still dirty an they changed my room more

Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby.

Easy going staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast options. Nice and clean rooms.
-
Overall was good, staff was really nice. The shower/ bath tube could be better. The bathtube handle was kinda jammed.
-
TV was not working.
-
Ants in the bathroom. I didn't raise this with front desk because we were only staying one more night and I also didn't want our room fumigated during our stay. Fridge sounded like a blizzard blowing in the middle of the night. Upkeep could definitely have been better.
-
Room was clean and staff was fine. Breakfast not much. Hot tub was good but they close right at 10pm.
-
Location to where we were in town Breakfast was lacking variety. Not many healthy options.
-
Wonderful dog area and grounds!
