Overall it was a great experience. Had some issues with the air conditioning at first but staff was helpful and we got it to work another way. The room was great other than that. Very quiet and comfortable. Bed, TV and everything was good. The kitchen amenities are nice to have as well. Great location. Easy to get in and out. I wish I was told about the paid parking before I arrived. Overall a great affordable hotel.

Location Breakfast seating area is very contested. Room size not clearly mentioned on booking.com. I confused with it. Sofa bed is not comfortable and not possible for two people.

Very mediocre “inn”. Absolutely not a “hotel”. Stayed there 4 nights and got no room service. They said you need to stay 5 nights LOL! Honestly it’s about a 2 star stay but I put 3. For the prices they charge it’s not the nicest option. $10 per night for parking too and it’s underground.

The room was large and comfy. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was helpful.

Decent size room, clean, reasonably renovated. The mattress in the sofa was beyond its life - some springs were sticking out. Bathroom sliding door didn't close. Ventilation was loud even on lowest setting. And don't count on their "breakfast" - it's just tea/coffee and bagel, that's it.

This place is struggling. The layout of the pool and the cheap price were what drew us to this place for a quick trip to the bay. However the pool deck had some pretty bad staining and cracking around the tiny hot tub. And it looks like that may have lead to a massive leak which blew out the ceiling in their underground garage. Felt a bit unsafe. Outside of that the staff will charge you $100 for incidentals when you check in (not a hold which I expected). And, the breakfast isn’t a breakfast at all. It’s cheap Costco snacks. At least the bed was clean.

Would’ve been excellent if i actually got my deposit back. I even checked out early and left the room spotless.

I travel alot for work and this was the worst experience I have had. Very loud in the mornings & when I complained was told quiet hours end at 6 am which is way too early. Pool & hottub were never open even though when I booked said it would open the end of June.Housekeeping doesn't come regularly even when I was told I would have clean towels and trash taken out every day. Hotel hallways smelled terrible, keys constantly didn't work.

There was a sprinkler system across the wall and overnight it seeped water into our room. The carpets were soggy and so were our bags. We told the front desk who moved us into another room. The swimming pool is non operational and that isn't caught in our Expedia booking. The key cards continue to get demagnatised. I had to rekey my cards atleast 15 times in the 5-6 days I lived there. I don't think I'll ever book my family at this property again. There are better value props available.
