Corporate Inn Sunnyvale

The name Corporate Inn implies that people who work remotely can work there, but I had to pass on work because their WiFi is completely unreliable. I was very surprised by that because they are in the heart of Silicon Valley. I lost money because I could not take on assignments while there.

The kitchen in the suite was awesome . Was able to stay on track with my food and diet Had to pay extra for parking which came out of a security deposit . First time I ever had to deal with that

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I thought the hotel and room cleanliness were fine. But the mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were Very uncomfortable. And there was not a single USB port in the room to charge my phone! A few minutes from the Apple global headquarters. How is that possible !!

Did not like that we had to stay at least 5 days in order to get room cleaned

Our go to hotel whenever we’re up in Silicon Valley. Love the location and amenities - breakfast, internet, kitchen, gym, pool…we’ll be here again.

We were not informed about $20.00 parking fee when we checked in. When we checked out , that’s when they told us. Most hotels offer free parking if you are staying there.

Room is spacious and clean. Only complaints are: (1) they failed to provided housekeeping service as requested when checked in (stayed for 5 days and only cleaned once) and (2) refrigerator in room is way too small (it’s a mini-fridge with barely space for anything although the room has a full kitchenette)

Room was very spacious and very useful. Staff were very friendly. Pool and hit tub were good. Breakfast is on the go..and not ideal.

This hotel is run not by someone who cares about guests, or has any understanding about the hospitality space, instead is run by an investor group. Everything is about cutting cost, that includes the most rudimentary essential requirement for any hotel to have, is a flawless check-in process! Having no one cover the front desk and only one employee working is simply unacceptable! Even though I was checked in at that hotel and had given my car information, the hotel security still ticketed me with a warning about moving my car or being towed! Such silly stupid issues, simply continue to create friction when all you're trying to do is have a good time with things that matter! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for a streamless experience. This hotel will cause friction on your trip and for you to get frustrated, instead of having a good time.

Probably one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a hotel. I will definitely be going back to rooms or spacious. It kind of feels like you're in a one bedroom Apartment i also enjoyed the breakfast and the 12 PM. Checkout is actually really nice

Cleaning agents used for carpet with smell so powerful that after 2days of stay the smell is still there, lighter but still.

Great location and service.

Watch your wallet. Watch that mysterious charges don't end up on the final receipt.
