Hampton Inn & Suites Sunnyvale Silicon Valley

Was a great stay, room was clean property was clean and kids had fun.

Very good

I loved the

The hotel was great. All looked newly remolded and very spacious room. We did however have trouble with a non functioning toilet since we arrived. There were issues with flushing and clogging so we called staff to fix it and it was and later in the evening when we got back to the room it clogged again. We had only been in the room for less than 4 hours total since arrival and it had just been fixed. It took over 40 minutes for help to arrive it had already been after 10pm when they arrived and the plumber rudely blamed us for the issue. Turns out the people before us throw soap into the toilet, we hadn’t even been there long enough to properly use the hotel and we didn’t travel with littles and our soap was on the sink for hand washing. Other than this issue our stay was lovely.

1. The shower pressure was very low and there was a long delay between the time you change the temperature at the shower faucet and the temperature coming out of the shower head. 2. The bathroom sink spout was too short to be placed in the corner of the sink (not enough room to wash hands). 3. Walls are fairly thin and can easily hear our neighbors

Todo muy limpio y tranquilo

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was tidy with excellent breakfast.

My room key had to be replaced twice as it stopped working. The gym had no fans or airflow making it too hot for cardio exercising. The hot breakfast food was all over-cooked. The free parking in the garage was great.

Another nice stay a Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff, great breakfast and open parking

Clean overall and decent breakfast to enjoy. Parking fee was unnecessary.

Nice spot! Quiet area. We loved it! Thank you

Room keys did not work. Had to get get keys reset multiple times and eventually needed maintenance to let me in.

Poor

Nice and clean and spacious. I thought snacks were quite expensive

Staff is not helpfful and very rude!

Lovely rooms and a great breakfast!

enjoyed my stay

Exceptional

All excellent

Great hotel! Very clean, quiet, and well maintained with good-sized rooms. The courtyard was a nice added touch, and the breakfast was excellent. They even had grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests who didn’t have time to sit down for a meal. Well-stocked little store for snacks and beverages. The only complaint we had about this hotel was that it did not offer guest laundry facilities. But would absolutely stay here again!
