Homewood Suites by Hilton Sunnyvale-Silicon Valley

The breakfast needs improvement. The eggs weren’t too good.and the coffee was worse. The bacon was too greasy. The overnight oaks with chia seeds was delicious.

Good

Clean room, great staff & breakfast.

Clean and modern, we had a great night and breakfast in the morning.

We were here for over 6 days, and it was wonderful. People were friendly, breakfast was always good, the location was easy to find and return from our day trips, and the room was perfect. I would only recommend adding a sharper knife and some larger bowls for salads. We ate in a lot to save funds, so that would have been nice. Also, make sure someone cleans the BBQ utensils and grill... we had to do that, and it should have been done before we used them. Lastly, the parking was great; it was easy to go in and out. Please extend our thanks for all their hard work to make us comfortable.

Great place and location will stay again

Very clean, comfortable room, spacious, nice kitchenette set up. The only downside was that the entrance to the underground parking garage is very narrow, made for compact cars. There were many scrapes on the wall as you enter & exit the garage. We were in a mid size vehicle & had to be very careful entering and exiting. Several larger vehicles were parked in front of the lobby area, not registering, parked. There’s no way they could’ve made it in through that entrance. Also, there’s a fee to park just fyi.

Checking in was difficult, no matter how many proofs we produced. The front desk was very rude.!!!!

They changed extra for parking. Room was nice. Night clerk argued with me about having to put a card of file which upset me.

Nice clean room. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Did not get room service

Room was very comfortable it is very well equipped. Good breakfast, easy parking and very friendly and helpful staff

All good

Superb

Very good service

great place to spend the night. clean, well-maintained, modern. plenty of options and seating for breakfast. $15 parking is a bit overpriced but it seems to be standard in the area.

Location. Clean Price of parking. It was a surprise. There is a kitchen but no place for 2 to eat in the room.

Good stay

The facility was clean, bright and well maintained. Although I arrived before 3, Jennifer, on the front desk was amazing. She was so kind! My son-in-law, daughter and infant grandson have been staying here for two weeks until their house becomes available. Jennifer asked if I would like a room close to theirs (i arrived almost 2 weeks later). My family has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience! The underground parking was convenient and there were a few eateries and a Safeway within a block or so. Would definitely recommend!
