Maple Tree Inn

Room was exceptionally clean with no odor. Quiet area considering it was on a busy street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of items. Outdoor pool area was nice, but the hot tub could’ve been a lot hotter than it was.

A/C is not placed in a good location where it is directly in line with the bed. One person is getting cold and the person on the other side is hot.

Very nice hotel. Front desk were really nice. Room very clean and great amenities. Nice pool and hot tub with sun loungers. Pool towels provided. Breakfast had eggs with either veggies or ham, sausage, tater tots, pancakes, miso soup, rice, muffins, etc

Clean room. Our original room has windows facing the highway. We requested to change to another room whose windows face away from the highway, and the staff was willing to accommodate.

Clean, good breakfast; hot tub was not hot and kind of dirty. Dog friendly for $20 per stay which is impossible to find in the Bay Area. It is a great stay for the price.

This location was so nice inside was so aesthetically. The front desk girl was so sweet and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thw breakfast was very good as well.

I love this hotel, I stay here when I visit my son in Sunnyvale. The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice, the only thing is this trip they had me in a room that was a little bit of a hike to get to as a disabled person with my suitcase even in rollers but I found a luggage cart. Other than that I like it here and will stay again.

Comfortable beds - best best best!! Great area. $10 parking but that is affordable. Great breakfast. Great area!!!

The staff at this facility are always professional and friendly. It’s a nice pool, and the breakfast is above average compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in.

when I got there that asked me for a $100 deposit which they held for 2 days. expedia did not tell me they were gonna charge me that. it was an inconvenience for my trip. Also, they charge $10 for parking per night and their parking is not secure. could not join the breakfast they lock up the door and then they yell at you if you knock.

The walls are very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. My neighbor watched TV throughout the night. The staff attempted to contact them, but without success. Unfortunately, no earplugs were available (ironically, this was one of the rare occasions when I had forgotten to bring my own). I am particularly sensitive to noise, and by 2:00 a.m. I had to speak to the neighbor directly. They were surprised, explaining that the TV volume was set quite low—which was likely true—but the poor sound insulation meant it was still clearly audible. They stopped watching TV after I spoke with them, but the disturbance had already made for a very poor night's sleep.

Everything was good. Clean room. Clean pool. And very good breakfast and staff.

Welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of good places to eat in the area. Outdoor seating area around the pool good. Breakfast good. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast srlections were varied and hot. Breakfast room included an outdoor area as well as indoor spacious room. Friendly staff available.

We booked 3 nights and canceled 2 of them. We arrived late for our first night, the room had a terrible stale smell that we couldn't shake. Then we uncovered the bed and got in and discovered an insect or bug of some sort crawling in the sheets. We went down to the front desk and showed them pictures and video of the insect. The staff were helpful in switching out the room and canceling and refunding the next 2 nights. We booked at a Hilton garden inn for the remaining 2 nights.

Eryndil good breakfast choices - hot, well cooked, and a good variety. Excellent fruit bowl and juice selection. Very clean eating area.
