My first night, the room did not have a working TV, a luggage stand or hangers, The shower faucet did not work, and would not turn off. So the following day, after several hours, I was given a new room with a working shower, a working TV, a luggage stand and hangers.

Worst experience by far. I stayed 4 nights for a work trip. First 5 minutes I got a headache from the non-smoking room smelling like straight cigarettes. And not just a little bit. I felt like I was inside a casino. It was bad. The bath tub had some weird marks and looked so bad. It should be replaced. Asked to be changed rooms and I was told it was fully booked and I was not changed out. So happens all the hotels in the area nearby were also booked. So I had no choice but to stay there. But never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Cockroaches in the room and even inside fridge

People were smoking directly outside my room, my room smelt, there was broken floor tiles, I was suppose to be in an accessible room but was not put in one, the car park had no lines parked anywhere

The staff was great but that’s it there was no soap or shampoo provided and there were people living in there cars in parking lot

The smoke alarm was removed. The vent in bathroom was taken apart. There was mold in bathroom. Each time i left and arrived, a man was there walking behind me asking me if i needed help and trying to get information from me. There was a lady downstairs that had her door open all night and walked around smoking and talking to the man that was homeless living in his vehicle in the parking lot. The phone in the room did not work. I made them aware of it and they said they would replace it; they did not. Mgt had no response to any of these issues. Front desk didnt give card w rm no or wifi, had to ask and still no wifi. Came back to my room and the bathroom towel was new but bed not made, no cleaning and no garb emptied. That was creepy. By far, the worst most dangerous place ive ever stayed on a business trip.

Did not offer breakfast or shampoo. TV in first room did not work. Hot water in second room did not work.

No one answered my calls; I called multiple times but received no assistance. Additionally, the bed was dirty upon arrival. On my second day, I explicitly told the front desk that I did not want my room cleaned and did not want to be disturbed. Despite this, staff still called my room and opened the door.The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and facial tissues. Both the bedroom and bathroom are outdated and in desperate need of repair. I believe the hotel should state on its website if guests need to bring their own basic supplies.Furthermore, my room key stopped working after the first day of my three-night stay. When I asked the front desk agent to help me add the stay to my Wyndham app to resolve this, she was unhelpful. There was also no microwave available on the property. Overall, the staff was incredibly unhelpful, even when I asked for basic directions to my room.

Air conditioning did not work.

Mattress in the room was uncomfortable and very thin. People smoked just outside the room instead of 25 to 50 feet from the building. Defeats the purpose of non-smoking rooms. Might as well smoke inside the room. I had a headache as soon as I stepped in fo the room. It seems like it's normal in this hotel as I have used this hotel several times. They dont have a microwave or refrige. You have to pay extra to get a room with these

Sketchy People roaming the facilities

The only thing I liked was the cleaning staff. They did an amazing job every time they would clean the room The person at the front desk, the facilities, and the fact that they lied saying that breakfast is included. That is a blatant lie. The only thing I was thankful for is that they didn't include bed bugs in the rooms. The person at the front desk had no interest at all to serve the guests......to be crystal clear she didn't give a crap about anything besides talking on the phone and watching TV. The beds are very comfy though.
