Washroom was not clean. Washbasin was broken and water was spilling inside the room! Room smelled like chlorine water. AC without On Off switch. Poor pathetic. Families MUST stay away.

It was obvious that the majority of the other guests at the hotel were living at the hotel as their permanent residence. Trash cans were overflowing, and dog feces littered the parking lot. I did not feel safe, staying at this hotel and was advised by signage and staff to lock the door after getting into the room and keeping the door locked for my safety. I will never book a room at this hotel again and I will never book another room at a super eight motel, no matter how tempting the low prices and promises are. The front desk staff could not speak English well enough to do the check-in process or checkout process. I was left hoping that they understood that I was leaving for good when I checked out. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!!!

I didn't like anything about my stay. When we first arrived we were told it would be 20 mins until our room was available. After waiting an hour I went and asked if we could just get a different room and was told it would only be ten more minutes. I watched 3 different rooms get rented while I was waiting. Once I was in the room I discovered that none of the outlets worked meaning we had no TV, no microwave, stove or lights. We had the air conditioner and one single light right outside the bathroom. So I go back into the office for the third time and try explaining my issue to which she replied "oh TV not working? I will send maintenance man" and turning away from me completely cutting me off from further clarifying that was not my issue and /or saying anything else. Well surprise surprise the maintenance guy never showed up. There's no way she didn't already know about that room not having power, it was literally room 102 so two down from the office. Against my better judgement my husband and I decided to lay down and nap until we heard a knock to let the maintenance guy in and ended up sleeping until noon, my husband missing the first morning of the job we came to town for. Without an outlet to charge our phone we did not have an alarm. I feel like the person running the desk at the hotel saw that I had booked through expedia and knew that they were not responsible for me getting a refund if dissatisfied, so she literally put us in a room that nobody should be in.

If you wanna kick back and get some sleep, it ain’t gonna happen. Yeah people arguing all over the place every night all of a sudden they get out of the rooms and here they are 12 3 o’clock in the morning arguing I don’t know if it’s the homeless people talking to their selves or what people running around don’t have no respect for one another and they don’t have no respect for people who just wanna relax. I work six days a week and not one night that I have that it was perfect.

Its a basic motel, room was clean, WiFi works well but that’s all. Service at the lobby was so so, not the “service oriented “ kind but it worked

The overall atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. There were people coming and going from a neighboring room throughout the night, people drinking small bottles of alcohol in the stairwell, and what appeared to be drug-related activity on the property. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay. The property staff were of little help when these issues were reported. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I will never stay at this property again. I am contacting Wyndham Corporate to request a full refund and to report the conditions and lack of response from the property.
