The motel is FILTHY and in horrible repair. Upon check in i was given a room that had dirty towels and hair everywhere. When I first checked in the room type I reserved was not available. Staff was accommodating. The second day, the housekeeper had cleaned and left me no towels. I will say, the bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and it was a convenient location for me. I do NOT recommend and will not stay again.

Another horrible experience with Super-8. During a 48 Hr. stay I had to kill (4) roaches & (2) crickets in my room. They were everywhere! I physically saw them disappear behind the bathroom sink backsplash when the light turned on. Gross!!! This property seems to be infested. I lost a lot of sleep worrying about insects crawling on me while I slept. I get this is a budget friendly motel, but the patrons do not deserve to pay for a clean room only to find its infested with roaches and crickets. There is no way this property doesn't know about this infestation problem. Yet this property keeps selling rooms instead of fumigating the property. Save your money and sleep in your car. This place is GROSS!!! Do better Super-8.

the room was very clean and the bed was extremely soft each time I laid down on it.

Technically this place is shelter from the outside elements, but plenty of people sleep directly outside in the parking lot, in the planter beds or on on the street just surrounding the property. I don't know if it is the local custom, but I find having some (9) extra toiletries and or (10) snacks to offer the locals builds good rapport which is essential since you will be staying in close proximity. I will say that the staff here is very nice and accomodating, even if I do find that the advertisment of this place as "lodging" is a bit disrespectful to those who have ever stayed indoors literally anywhere else. Had the property owners listed this as a "campground" I think I'd have been less disconcerted.

Too many drug addicts hanging around the property. Rooms were rundown and not well maintained. Pool was shutdown by the county health department. Spend a few dollars more elsewhere.

Not very good. Nothing provided except 2 little bars of soap. And service help basically scowled at me when I asked for more towels

The room was dirty. No sheets on the bed and a dirty comforter with no cover. When I went to cancel the place because of all the vagrants and questionable individuals around the place. The lady refused to give her name to the Expedia representative and even hung up on him when I handed her y phone for him to talk with her because she gave me the wrong number to the place or refused to pick up because they needed confirmation from the front desk that my cancelation was accepted. Don’t stay here. Spend a little more money for somewhere else.

For a budget hotel, they did a good job. Its an older hotel so the tub/shower had obvious signs of aging and they only provided 2 bars of soap and nothing else, not even kleenex but for the price, I wasn't expecting a whole lot. Overall, I will consider staying at this hotel again as it fit my budget, had 6 or 7 fast food places within a 3 mile radius as well as 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby.

I recommend this hotel for good service and good people.

The flooring in the bathroom was done very amateurish. Also the molding along the wall was pulling apart. And again they had zero extra blankets available as my wife needed one, so she had a bad night trying to sleep but feeling cold. We need to have a discount. Thank you Chuck

Not sure how this place has so many great reviews. The staff is rude & tries to price gouge, internet is subpar, place is not safe for kids, and it smells like smoke and is not clean. I would never stay here again - the price isn’t even that competitive.

Excellent staff. It is hard to find such good people these days.

The grounds were kept better than the neighborhood was and the parking lot was clean and well lit The room was clean and tidy and quiet even though the motel is on a Main Street We stay there again and recommend it The area seemed safe and had a good variety of food places, the Chinese restaurant three doors away was extremely good and had a wonderful menu and staff

Good, clean, simple motel, well-located right in Santa Clara. The room was clean and easy to use. The spring on the bed were damaged on one side (which was fine) but otherwise the room was in good shape. It's a bit annoying that one cannot have the blinds open without giving up on privacy entirely (other people walk by the window to get to their room) but that's often the case at motels. Overall, a clean, affordable place to stay.

The sheets in the room were stained and dirty with random hairs on the beds. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was broken and there was urine in the toilet. Disgusting!!! We didn’t stay and ask for a refund and left the motel immediately!
