Granada Hotel Santa Clara

When you open the door to your Hotel Room at The Granada Inn, you are met with clean freshness that makes you wish the day was ending so you can curl up and sleep on the extremely comfortable bed.

EWW! BED BUGSSS! I've got at least 15 bites in the first night, and then more than 10 the next day. The room is so old, with mold and peeling paint all around. Let alone the bed sheets had stains on them.

The building itself was old and worn out, but it was charming, cozy, quiet, and friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay

A good, clean hotel. The staff are polite. Check-in was quick. There were no issues with parking spaces.

As always, friendly staff. Location is perfect and price is reasonable. Will stay again.

Though the property is a bit old, it is a good place to send a couple of days. The location was convenient for us. Parking was easy on the property. The AC unit was blasting really cold air. The room was clean enough. Overall the experience is not top notch, but not bad at all if I compare to the price I paid.

The extension was made on advance and fully paid for. oI asked to speak to the manager but was told there was none. The front desk staff was also very rude the next day when i was checking out. I was trying to pack up and move my baggage out but since there was just one single luggage cart it was taking long. The lady at the front desk made unwarranted threats and told me she cannot give me my deposit back until housekeeping is done which should not be the case. Even after housekeeping was done she did not give me nack my deposit nd leot it without giving me any reason. Overall I had a terrible experience at this hotel.

To begin with, there was nobody at the front desk for any help. Somebody that was staying at the hotel let me in, he was having problems trying to to get another card to replace the original to get in. He didn’t have anybody to help him for about an hour. I was outside waiting before he let me in. I waited half an hour before somebody showed up. We couldn’t get the machine to heck in either. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was okay but I have had much better for less.

I'd stay here again. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The bath has need to be refreshed.

Bad motel

Room was spacious but walls were super thin all night you can hear the next door people. Blankets had an odd smell. Overall it was a decent place but I wouldn’t recommend for a comfortable accommodation. I’ll look elsewhere

Good room for the price.

Bathroom was dirty, bed were uncomfortable. There was no staff during checkin process, and the automated system was having trouble issuing the keys. Had to wait for 30 minutes.

Staff was great

If you're not picky and ok with staying in an older establishment, this is a great hotel. From the outside of my building, it looked really old and dated. Same thing when walking to my room. Once inside the room, it was spotless, and large. The shower had hot water almost immediately and the room had a large TV and a fridge. The staff was VERY polite and courteous.
