There is no elevator! My room did not have a shower door. Housekeeping only comes on Mondays and Thursdays.

My room reaked of BO. The carpeting was so gross and scratchy towels I was afraid to put my face or body on.

Room was definitely remodelled on the cheap with outdated items retained, and there was a slight lack of cleanliness. But we did enjoy the location and ease of access.

They charged my card twice early in the morning before I even got to check in ! still have not yet to receive my deposit or the $145 they charged me twice ! Terrible they did not have a manager on site and still wanted to charge me the deposit

Good hotel considering the price.

Reserved for 2 adults and our 12 year old and for a single queen room. It looks like their "renovations" have been going on for years and they left the signs up to excuse the mess and the smell.

Average, by average I don’t mean bad. Not the newest building but had everything we needed for a last minute business trip to the area. I would stay again for the price point and location.

This is a quiet motel, located close to highways, expressways, shopping, and outdoor activities. It is an older motel that needs some remodeling; however, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and linens were clean and fresh. Coffee and a fridge were in the room. The rooms are safe at all times (one needs a key at night to enter the hallways to the rooms). The staff was very friendly and helpful; registration was easy, fast, and very efficient. The motel has enough free parking. It offers free wifi. For the price per night, this is a very good Silicon Valley stay option. I would stay there again.

This is the first negative review I have ever left because I am very careful before criticizing a business. Unfortunately, this property was not worth staying at. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom and shower were outdated and unpleasant. I also requested a ground-floor room because my brother could not use the stairs, but the request was denied despite explaining his mobility limitations. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property.

1: Cleanliness was nearly non-existent in the room they assigned. From the time my family walked into the hallway on the 2nd floor towards room 174, we noticed that the carpet was stained and worn. Opening the room wasn’t any better. More extremely worn carpet, marks, fingerprints, and dust on counters. No evidence that they cleaned or vacuumed the carpets recently. The bathroom was atrocious. Mold on both the sick faucet handles, shower walls, calcium buildup where the water was pooling and leaking on the tub and track and the floor had stains and markings from everything unknown. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the girl working there. And this her response verbatim, “After you checked in, I got a call and they told me that your room was supposed to be blocked, but you checked in already online”. Granada, this is a potential liability, just so you know. I’m sure they already deleted their security camera interaction with me because of that statement from their employee. The pictures online are a stark difference than what my family and I experienced. They certainly used AI to clean up the nightmare that really exists. OSHA and CalOSHA might have a field day if they were to know how bad the conditions really are. Bad way to do business.
