Nice clean and friendly place.

This is great place to stay at. One of the best in the area. And it's located in a nice area close to a expressway.

I booked this hotel for the 49ers game and came here went to bed and woke up for the game I left the please clean sign on the door while I went to the game I was gone from 8:30 am to 6 pm and it was never clean

Hotel was fair for price. Needs a good upgrade in showers but over all quiet area and good service.

Down side: bathroom was outdated and though it was clean, there were something’s such as the shower and mirror that could benefit from replacing. Also construction started at about 0845.

Would never stay here again I felt unsafe I felt like I was in the ghetto the doors didn't lock properly. Yes they were renovating but even then it still looked like the worst place you would want to stay. The reviews were so wrong and misleading I don't know who gave these reviews.

Its location on the bus route. It’s easy to get to from SJC airport. The room is old, but clean. The staff are really friendly

The hotel is under renovation during my stay. Construction noise started at 8:00 AM make it hard to sleep.

Shower pressure was low. Staff super nice.

Smelled good, nice waiting room, nice music, calm communicative staff, nice clean room, quiet!! I got two nights rest!

Very old, very dirty, not clean. Even with “renovations”, it looks, feels, and smells terrible. Would not stay here ever again.

Rooms are big in size, cleqn toilets, safe neighborhoods, walkable eating places. The cleaning staff is very lazy. I stayed 14 days and they never came to clean my room.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I was not made aware prior to check-in that a $100 security deposit was required alongside the standard room fees. Additionally, the extensive maintenance being conducted throughout both buildings created a loud environment between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. With better transparency regarding the fees and construction, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
