Oh! I forgot to mention there was hair all over the bathroom walls, holes in the wall, & dirt all over the floor. Yuck! Nasty!

The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable. It was advertised as having a pool; it did not. It advertised breakfast; had none. But the biggest issue was the lack on onsite personnel. When we arrived to checkin, we were greeted by a kiosk with some guy in India explaining their procedures and taking our money. No real person. It felt sketchy and weird. In the future I’d go to the Holiday Inn next door.

There was a strong chemical smell in the room that irritated my nasal passages. With no one on site to help me I could do nothing about it.

When first arriving no one was there to help at front desk. Had to wait around. Secondly the place smelled and looked like a landlords special. Later in the day when I called for help because our TV wasn’t working the staff was rude! Gave me an attitude as if I was asking for too much. It’s safe to say we will never stay here ever again.

My car broke down in route, called expedia to see if we could cancel and they said no problem. Look at my bank statement and they charged me. Never again booking with expedia

Good room for the price. Bed was very low and mattress not great, but we have had worse. We would stay again at the reasonable rate we had.

The water pressure is excellent! I find the beds to be a little too soft but everything is clean and comfortable

This was my second time staying here and I decided to book again because the first time went great. This time around I was unpleased with the kept of the room. Towels seem dirty and had spots that I didn’t even bother to use them. There were cockroaches and other little insects inside the room. Place needs pest control to avoid them going inside the rooms. Also I got a non smoking room and when I opened the room it smelled as if someone prior to our stay had smoked inside.

Location, the room is big I found the black hairs in the bed, after two days the room is attacked the bugs, flying bugs.
