Furthermore, a thin veneer of white paint and design updates mask the underlying rundown motel. The hidden backside of the motel, which looks like the rotting side of a sunken shipwreck, encapsulates the shantytown condition of this motel. Do not stay here.

There is no in person attendant in the lobby. It is all virtual. The experience was very impersonal.

Clean rooms and well located!

Not clean and felt unsafe. I am a single female who travels solo a lot and can’t remember feeling this creepy at a hotel. Odd people lurking around watching me come and go from my car up and down the stairs. Poorly lit. NO WIFI!!! Have to call the “front desk” from cell phone as the room phone is completely disconnected - again creepy. Finally got someone “from India” on the phone who told me the manager would need to reboot the server.… at a hotel? Really? When it didn’t happen they told me to come to the front desk! When I said I thought no one was there - the guy in India got very rude on the phone and told me the problem was MINE! Umm I’m an IT manager, I don’t think so! I needed to work and hotel listing says free WiFi. I asked to check out and be refunded after only being there two hours - they will not refund anything. I didn’t want to go to the creepy front desk because of the people lurking around. So I packed up my car and left quickly. Didn’t stay either of the two nights. HUGE waste of money and time - and I do not appreciate being concerned for my safety. PLEASE watch out for this place!!!!

This hotel was great for the price!! Centrally located near downtown San Jose. Room was nice, beds were comfy. Would stay here again

As to room, it’s small, with not a lot of shelf or table space. Aside from the TV stand there was only one small, and very small, side table to place things. In the end, it was OK. Considering the price of the stay relative to other places, it is reasonable. This being said you do get what you pay for in this case. It’s a small room with really no amenities; other than being close to a number of restaurants better than walking distance.

Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel location is in a very good area. It would have been better to talk to a live person while checking in instead of virtual check in. No chair I side the room where I stayed. Had to watch TV and eat sitting on the bed.

The rooms and hotel are newly renoovated so its a quaint spot if you need to land near San Jose, Los Gatos or Santa Cruz and it doesn't kill your budget!

This hotel was clean and in a quiet area. The place has been newly renovated so its clean, safe and there is free parking. It is close to San Jose, Los gatos and Santa Cruz and not far to San Francisco for a day trip.

Let me start with the positive: Room was clean. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. All else was very poor. Room service was terrible. My request for Room service was ignored and when I called for follow up, I was kept waiting for hours until I gave up. There was not enough soap or shampoo. We ran out after a single use and spent the rest of our stay without. The internet was barely available. I missed to complete my planned work due to non functional WiFi.

Well maintained. Bed was low to the ground. Contactless check in/out was interesting, and worked well.

Parking was plentiful, rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Great price and the location was close by with plenty of options to eat and get gas. Very happy with my stay and would definitely book a room there again!

Crazy that you can hear the beeping crosswalk at the corner of a nearby intersection from inside the room. Anyway. You get what you pay for.

The property is in the middle of Santa Clara and you can go to a lot of different places. I saw a couple of people roaming freely around the property and this one gentleman was trying to open windows and things like that so they could just have a little more Security.

The Kiosk check in is not a good added service. There is no live agent on site at all to talk to. The WiFi was very difficult to work with..... very not reliable. Money for cancellation delayed in return
