We were there for just a night to visit Great America. The manager was extremely kind and welcoming.

Clean room. Shallow walls. My room was by the elevator so a lot of commotion in the night. Bed was comfy pillows were big.

It was clean and comfortable I can’t think of anything that sticks out that would have been a problem for me

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. It was loud. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people walking and running above us while we were trying to fall asleep. Then 6am sounded like someone was organizing hangers in the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We stayed with our two kids, including our 17-year-old, and everyone had a great experience. The hotel made our trip even more enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
