Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara-Silicon Valley by IHG

Exceptional

Very clean, the staff were all great and professional.

The remote and tv didn’t work in our room and we were moved to another room that smelled bad like sewage.

Clean room

Easy

It’s always clean. And this hotel has the best mini refrigerators. They don’t freeze my food!

Night staff

Overall good place and great location just a bit noisy traffic wise since we were located in the front part of the building near elcamino but no too bad! Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Exceptional

The front desk person, I believe his name was Jonathan, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He made checking in a breeze, and was full of information and advice for our stay. A+ employee! The room was also wonderful. Perfectly tidy and clean, with everything we could ever need.

Very good

Superb

It got the job done. Bare minimum comfortable and cleanliness. Clean presenting but had the kind of hotel air that make you excited to get outside. Breakfast could be better

Breakfast area too small to accommodate many guests. Some of USB outlets in the room were not functioning.

Spacious room. Clean facilities. Friendly staffs. Breakfast area too small to accommodate many guests. Some of USB outlets in the room were not functioning.

I love everything about this stay, from locations, plenty and free parking, easy check ins, friendly front desk, clean rooms and breakfast buffet. I have never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn.

Very friendly staff. Loved that they had breakfast.

So very helpful. A reason to stay here
