Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara by IHG

2 queen room and the beds were not queen size. They were doubles and not comfortable. White socks were dark brown after walking on the carpets in the room. Windows were extremely dirty. Weak water pressure. Wall inside shower was broken and cracked. Parking is not good. Very tight spaces and limited availability. Dennys across the street, taco bell and Popeyes chicken next door. Breakfast was good with lots of options but the lady who worked it the days days we went was not friendly all.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff and have everything I need. Parking is convenient and safe. I especially like the breakfast area, very relaxing and cozy. I like the rooms facing the inner courtyard but not so much the once facing the street. Since there is knly ground floor and 1st floor, it seems facing the street do not have much privacy and feels not as safe.

Comfortable

It was very clean and the surrounding area was very quiet. The location was close to downtown and the price was great.

The water pressure and the water heat was very poor. The TV remote had low battery power.

Breakfast was good with healthy options. Staff was helpful and room was clean. Housekeeping should give four sets of towels in rooms with two queen beds. There were four of us in one room and we always had to ask for extra set of towels. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Lots to choose from and satisfied

Very clean, breakfast bar very generous only thing I didn't like my room was next to reception and it was noisy at times.

The hotel was newly refurbished, modern, and very clean. Our room facing the parking lot was extremely quiet, and it had the most effective blackout window coverings we've ever seen. In the lobby there are inexpensive drinks and snacks available, as well as free coffee and tea. The breakfast included a variety of items including hot foods. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient with stores and restaurants close by.

The room was big, the hotel easy to get in and out of with good parking. We ended up in a room with 2 queens because they were out of king rooms. There was only one table between the beds with outlets and lamps. This means the person on the other side of the bed couldn’t read in bed or have electronics. There was a desk but only 2 outlets nearby and one had the desk lamp and the other had the television. The room was pretty corporate looking. A lot of food for breakfast but spongy eggs and the little cinnamon rolls has a strange taste. My husband wondered how they could find oranges that tasteless in California.
