Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara by IHG

It was very clean and the surrounding area was very quiet. The location was close to downtown and the price was great.

The water pressure and the water heat was very poor. The TV remote had low battery power.

Breakfast was good with healthy options. Staff was helpful and room was clean. Housekeeping should give four sets of towels in rooms with two queen beds. There were four of us in one room and we always had to ask for extra set of towels. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Lots to choose from and satisfied

Very clean, breakfast bar very generous only thing I didn't like my room was next to reception and it was noisy at times.

The hotel was newly refurbished, modern, and very clean. Our room facing the parking lot was extremely quiet, and it had the most effective blackout window coverings we've ever seen. In the lobby there are inexpensive drinks and snacks available, as well as free coffee and tea. The breakfast included a variety of items including hot foods. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient with stores and restaurants close by.

The room was big, the hotel easy to get in and out of with good parking. We ended up in a room with 2 queens because they were out of king rooms. There was only one table between the beds with outlets and lamps. This means the person on the other side of the bed couldn’t read in bed or have electronics. There was a desk but only 2 outlets nearby and one had the desk lamp and the other had the television. The room was pretty corporate looking. A lot of food for breakfast but spongy eggs and the little cinnamon rolls has a strange taste. My husband wondered how they could find oranges that tasteless in California.

Clean, convenient to location needed to be at Not enough electrical plug ins available. Alarm clock cord coming out of socket. Not enough towels and shower pressure was low.

The hotel REEKED of bleach smell and it was nauseating to be in the hallways or the lobby.

Amazing stay. Everything surpassed my expectations. If I could suggest ANYTHING I would say improve your options to some of your breakfast items; specifically the potatoes.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. First impression of the hotel was the very strong smell of pinesol in the lobby. Not good The staff was pleasant. We didn't use any of the facilities other than the morning breakfast. That was good. For what we paid. 199.00 for one night I expected a little nicer hotel. We were ground floor & person above us kept us up late. Then the person next door did the same. 10pm & could hear staff talking real loud in the lobby. Don't expect a good night sleep.
