Best Western University Inn Santa Clara

이틀동안 편히 잘쉬고 갔어요. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 파킹도 좋았어요. 나름대로 깨끗하다고 생각해요.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Santa Clara! Every aspect of our stay was flawless. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It also offers incredible value for the price.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, and the staff provided top-notch customer service from checking in to checking out. On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality we received. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. 10/5 stars!

Exceptional

Staff was great even after showing up late to our check in everyone that helped was amazing, breakfast was great, our room was easy to locate and was clean. Parking was also easy to park and make our way out was fast and easy, also pool was great. Will for sure be staying here again.

Great value for a stay in this part of San Jose / Santa Clara!

Breakfast was good; ready to eat breakfast sandwiches. Parking was bad—-the spaces were tight. The area overall was great.

This girl is located in a very centralized area surrounded by many eating options with a huge mall very near. Complimentary breakfast was very good and parking was great with plenty of spaces. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 Stars is an inconvenience we encountered with the televisión and the way it was handled by the night staff member. Other than that, the day staff was great, specially the reception staff and the maintenance. The room has a funky smell and there were spider webs in the bathroom however the bed was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and friendly staff

Conveniente It was a good experience

Nice stay but wish they had more breakfast option. Security should be stepped up as I saw i homeless man going through trash as I walked to my room.

Free breakfast, large room, decent wifi, location, value Air quality in the room. Airco was also noisy. Noise insulation could be better, if you're in the lower rooms, you can hear people walking in the room above.

Very good

Best beds so far on this extended work trip. A few more bugs than I prefer lol (silver fish and spiders), but we were on the first floor. Breakfast was good and easy.

Superb

Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good

Good

Great! Nothing!

Hey the food for that Labor Day weekend breakfast was amazing please give compliments. The omelette on Sunday was really good and the burritos it had bacon and cheese for that one day I’m guessing, it didn’t have it the next day but maybe it was only for a special occasion.
