Best Western University Inn Santa Clara

One of the ladies in the area warning it was very nice very rude actually.

Room was clean, property well maintained. The only issue we had was that it was kind of noisy by our area since our window was by the street behind the hotel. Someone tried to open our door at 3am by mistake as later heard a loud knocking next door. After that it was very difficult to sleep. Other than that the location is okay.

Hotel did not look like pictures posted on instagram there was nats flying around in hotel lobby and hotel room also bath tub did not look cleaned I checked out of hotel right after I looked at the room

The room was very spacious, beds were so comfy. We had 2 queen beds. Had very good night's sleep. We thought it might be noisy as close to a road but it was fine. The breakfast choices were really good. Waffle machine, omelettes, sausage muffins, cereals, fruit and much more. Really enjoyed the breakfasts. We relaxed by the pool for a couple of days which was nice, the pool was clean. All in all really lovely stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Could use a more updated Washer & Dryer, but overall, everything was nice.

Good location,walking distance to food and shopping, good breakfast, clean room, mostly quiet facility, good cable tv, The front desk was very helpful even found a way for me to check in early. Good stay but the mattress was a little hard and the air conditioner was noisy kept waking me up

Unfortunately, We had a Bad experience, because after our Wednesday housekeeping I realized I was missing 2 pair of my gold hoop earrings that I had left in the room.

Everything was great! The pavers in the parking lot really leveled the place up as far as looks! Breakfast was yummy, it was quiet, safe and near EVERYTHING!

Staff was not very friendly and seemed bothered when you would ask a question. Horrible TV service, front desk kept telling us just keep unplugging the TV to reset it. Our window curtain rod was broke and hanging off the window when we walked in our room. AC was very loud. They offered a decent breakfast but seating was limited.

Clean room, amenities near by.

The breakfast was better than usual and the room was alright. Quiet and comfortable. I would return if given the chance

They charge a security deposit AND they will charge you the day of the reservation before you even show up. There was complaints from other patrons of the other rooms being smelly but couldn't change into a new room due to it being "oversold"

This Best western plus is very good ,convenient, clean and affordable.

Property and room were clean; breakfast had good selection; staff was friendly. I’m told the TV was good (I don’t know much about these things). There seemed to be a good amount of people working at the property too, doing maintenance and cleaning. Nothing comes to mind.

The location in Santa Clara not so far from the Livi’s stadium , walking distance to Target and several restaurants .. cafes … My room didn’t clean or change towels for the 3 nights I there !! . The breakfast was Very basic , room rate I paid much more higher than the service has been received .
