SureStay Plus by Best Western Santa Clara Silicon Valley

Area access and clean

Basic room, no frills but in nice condition - perfect amenities for overnight stay. Very quiet and secure location, adequate parking on site, easy freeway access to SJ, SF, Oakland, and others.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was just as good. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Had many options for both hot and cold food. It is also within walking distance to a few food spots and the area seemed safe with plenty of parking. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

The property is well maintained. Free parking lot available. While there is not much offered for hot breakfast, they have other options. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and updated. The shower was decently clean but I can tell the corners can use a deep cleaning. Felt safe as there was always staff in office. A Chargepoint is located across street to charge electric cars. Bus stop is a couple minutes walk. Close to restaurants, shopping and Santa Clara University.

Friendly people. Cleanness and convenience.

Comfy beds and good location Getting our 50 pound suitcases up and down the stairs. Lights from outside the room came in through the blinds

Exceptionally clean hotel, spacious, enormous bathrooms, excellent breakfast and perfect location Everything was good no negative opinion

Good

Very good

Rooms were big, the beds were comfortable. The contential breakfast had a lot to choose from and if anything was running low and mention to staff they were on top of it. Rooms were dated. The air was very loud, not enough parking..could not park near our room. Tyring to turn into the drive way of the hotel is tricky.

My party and I needed somewhere to crash for the night after a concert, and this place was great! We were able to park right in front of our room, the breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient! Food places around, it’s near the freeway, and the location was super easy to find and navigate!! The staff were wonderful! 10/10 would recommend!!

It was a great stay for the price!

We always stayed here because it’s convenient. Because we volunteer to a religion organization across the. This time we were disappointed we were robbed. Someone got into our room 116 and took a bag of jewelers from our packing black bag inside a zipper pocket, sitting on top of the luggage stand by the sink.

Clean room, very nice staff
