It was terrible. Nothing had any flavor and low quality ingredients.. powdered eggs, greasy sausage frozen fruit ~ just bad Not charged me for early check in.. room was ready and I got charged to get in early ~ really?? Not enough towels and the room did not have enough garbage cans.

It was very clean. We love the shopping centers next to this hotel. I loved the kitchen and big refrigerator. I was able to make my toddler some meals since she is very picky with food. The parking fee was very expensive since we stayed three night.

I was incorrectly charged an $18 parking fee by the front desk associate, Allen, despite clearly informing him at check-in that I would not be using the hotel’s parking garage because I have a disabled parking placard. He appeared inexperienced and required assistance throughout the check-in process. This level of service falls well below the standards I expect from Hyatt.

Great room, lots of space. Parking was easy, but pricey at $18. Breakfast was fresh and well managed. Pool and Hot tub were clean.

The room was clean, showers hot, good water power in shower. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Situated in a nice area and close to shops and restaurants. I traveled solo and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and it was really nice. Several items to choose from. I will stay there again when I return.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The service was great, and I would recommend it to anyone. It is important for a customer to know that everything else is right around the hotel. Things like restaurants and everything else.

The pool was nicely heated and the staff was kind. Sure to the parking or car was broken into items stolen and the hotel offered no compensation other than free parking which if I'm being honest was Bull shit
