We enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be booking again next year.

The bed was comfortable. The view was industrial. The room was clean. The walls are thin.

Great location

Clean room! Staff seemed understaffed it was slow to get help.

Exterior was really nice looking. I guess the area is okay. Didnt feel particularly safe walking over to the downtown area. Also, they don’t put any kind of tea or coffee in your room. Even a cheap little machine with cheap coffee would be better than nothing. I couldn’t even find a cup to rinse my mouth out when I brushed my teeth. Like, spring for a couple of cups and a $20 coffee machine.

This hotel is close to the Boardwalk and Warhf. It is a good family Hotel. The walls are thin and you hear everything. Overall a good hotel for family vacations.

The hotel was a nice hotel. Our room was nice. It was the suite large ceilings 600 ft.². The problem was with the staff and getting to my room. It says check-in on Expedia at 4 PM. I understand that occasionally it takes a little bit longer, however this hotel managed to put a sign up to weasel in additional one hour plus of wait time which to me was different. I ended up having to wait for almost 3 hours for my room I was promised a text or call. I had to follow up , when I did, I let the manager know that I was not happy about that and that I should be taken care of in someway because the employee also mentioned that if it exceeded a certain amount of time that they would do something to make it up but was a lie, and the manager tried to hide and not come out to speak with me. I insisted that they called corporate to take the parking off at the least for making me wait three hours , they declined and said they were sorry and I could cancel if I wanted to . at 7 PM in Santa Cruz and try to find another hotel, Yeah right was impossible so we ended up staying and I wrote a long email to corporate letting them know what I thought about the business and how it was wrong to waste my money and my time at a hotel that we were paying $1500 for we usually stay at the dream Inn, but wanted to extend a trip a third day so we chose a budget friendly hotel. Learn the lesson we like the dream inn and that’s where we’ll go. The response from Marriott was they’re individually owned. Sorry .

There were no staff on, ignored at check in, never looked in the eye, valet parking was crowded essentially could not get the car in, bar service slow took forever. Considering I’m a Titanium Elite member I was not made to feel special like I always experienced with Marriott around the world, very disappointed.
-
Fun trip, nice place to stay but parking is an issue if you don’t want to pay an extra 35$ a night for valet that seemed pretty overwhelmed at times.
-
There bistro was under maintenance and unavailable
-
No water offered in room

We had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The location was perfect too. My only issue was with the occupants on the floor above us. The floors seemed to be very thin because you can hear them walking about. Kind of annoying but overall our stay was nice.

We stayed 2 nights and were very comfortable. We used the pool and it was nice. We liked that it was within walking distance to the Boardwalk!
-
Clean room, walking distance to the pier. Loved the rooftop pool a little small but good for kids.
-
Good hotel, great location. Staff super friendly

Dining area was very dirty and not cleaned after breakfast upon arrival. It was 12:30 pm. At breakfast there was no clean table available to us at so we found a booth that still needed to be wiped down. Large chunks of food on the floor as well. We asked staff very politely if they could wipe down the table for us and we were told to, “Next time find a clean table!” We also had a cracked glass on the serving tray in our room, towel rack broke in the shower, and many fixtures that needed to be maintained. I would not stay here again for the price.
