The terrace in front of our room had a view of the boardwalk and was about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. I recommend

Room 103 AC does not work, tried switching from ac to fan and nothing, because of that room was pretty muggy, window did open so it helped at night, but the idea of sleeping with an open window is pretty sketchy especially on a ground level room. The house keeping was very helpful, front desk was very polite, room was a little outdated but enough for a 2 night stay, and in a very convenient location.

Everything was great but ac didn't work well.

Most importantly, the room was clean.

Room was very warm. Turned on the air conditioner and blows warm air. Told staff and they said turn on fan. Also warm. Tried to open windows and their bolted shut. Never again.

Location. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is pretty basic. Maybe some pastries and different fruit. Discount for returning guests.

Ac didn’t work was moved into another room where it also didn’t work, just blows in outside air. Hair dryer didn’t work they gave us another, phone didn’t work, coffee maker leaked everywhere. Tv kept freezing and becoming unusable in both rooms. No screen on window.

Quick easy check-in and friendly staff. Great location, close to the boardwalk. Thin walls. I could clearly hear the people next door talking and watching their tv loudly at 1am. Rooms facing the street will hear traffic all day/night.

It was clean and quiet and close to the boardwalk It did not offer breakfast (besides cereal and coffee)

I like the walking distance to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk No early check in. Early check in costs $20 per hour. Check in is at 2pm.

I loved everything. The staff was nice. The rooms are clean. I slept good. I haven’t slept like that in years. Everything was perfect about the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the weird people staying there but other than that, everything was perfect

Clean and near at the restaurant and boardwalk. The breakfast is the same everyday. It’s only banana, cereal and chocolate bar. Orange and coffee. It would be nice if you add different kind of tea bags and bagel with cream cheese or croissant and butter with different jelly spreads.
