We needed towels the second day and the cleaners were very nice to give me more and an extra blanket!!

They do not have a designated area for your pet to go potty and do not allow it anywhere on the property so prepare to take your dog on a walk around a sketchy neigborhood in the middle of the night. Also room was not very clean, mattress was hard as a rock, key card worked intermittently, and no coffee supplied for the coffee maker in the room. The location was convenient for visiting the boardwalk at least.

Staff was very friendly and both check in and out were easy. The room itself is a little out dated but nothing to complain about for such a great price. The room also had a large mini fridge and microwave. Walking distance from the beach and board walk!

Convenient and clean

Sand in my bed and we didn’t even go to the beach! We went to the boardwalk and came back late at night and when getting in bed you can feel it at the end of the bed. It made me feel as if the sheets were NOT fresh. In the pictures you can see black specs and animal hair on some parts. I let front desk know the next morning as they are closed during 10pm-8am, they did not address the concerns or seem it was an issue. It was a great location and convenient walk across to the boardwalk, it did have 3 beds so it can accommodate a large family. It was outdated in the bathroom and didn’t feel very clean. People downstairs by the parking lot, I believe were living in which is okay, but we’re very loud with the door opened and it felt uncomfortable as that was where we parked and felt the were scoping. The parking lot is VERY tight.

Checked in at 3 PM and then went directly to Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk. I didn’t return until 10:30 pm. Immediately the whole room smelled like sewer. The bathroom sink was completely backed up and smelled like sewage the manager. Mario said he couldn’t do anything because it was too late to fix the issue because it would’ve been too loud. I had to sleep with the light on in the bathroom in the fan because it stunk up the whole entire room so that me and my daughter could not sleep all night. It was just a horrible experience altogether. I would like a full refund.

Great affordable place will definitely stay again three beds to a room fit my family of six perfect without having to purchase another room couldn't find it anywhere else

Not bad. Comfortable and spacious room. Happy it had a fridge. Could be better aesthetically but overall solid

The location was as good as it gets! There is not a single property that offers better value and is literal steps from the boardwalk! Staff was very accommodating with our request for an early check-in.

Stay at your own risk. Only plus is location. Don't have to pay for parking. The bad:

Staff was completely rude. Wouldn’t even let us unload our belongings without being told to move at least 2x. With the small lot, they should give you at least 5 minutes to unload your vehicle.

Stayed for one night. The location is good and in walking distance of the board walk but other than the location my stay itself was not the best. The rooms are very close together and you can hear everything that is going on in the room next to you. I didn’t fall asleep until almost 1pm because the people in the room next to me were arguing. For the price they charge per night I would say it is not worth it and your money is better spent elsewhere
