Great location. Nice staff. Parking was included. Can be a bit noisy but we weren't impacted by the noise.

The property was clean and its location was perfect. Unfortunately, there were very rowdy guests that kept us up both nights and the motel has no security or staff after 10 pm to help. Rooms have no phone or alarm clocks.

We chose this property for the location. The property was decently clean. The office staff and hours is bare bones. There wasn't enough parking for the number of guests. The biggest problem was the noise. I was awake all night every night of my stay due to people shouting and folks in the rooms above stomping around until 4am. I was wearing earplugs, running the air conditioner and playing white noise. It would be helpful if the property could post notices about being courteous after midnight. I can't imagine why someone felt they had to stomp around in their room for 2 hours every night. In addition. The rooms are quite expensive for the amenities offered.

We needed towels the second day and the cleaners were very nice to give me more and an extra blanket!!

They do not have a designated area for your pet to go potty and do not allow it anywhere on the property so prepare to take your dog on a walk around a sketchy neigborhood in the middle of the night. Also room was not very clean, mattress was hard as a rock, key card worked intermittently, and no coffee supplied for the coffee maker in the room. The location was convenient for visiting the boardwalk at least.

The only thing we liked about the property was our room was walking distance to the boardwalk. Other than that this stay was very very disappointing First the property manager Edwardo and his family staff Mario and Mario’s daughter were very very rude. No customer service what so ever . They acted if every question , concern, comment was an inconvenience to them . The room 101 was very dirty upon check in . The room had a bad odor when walking in , the floors were so dirty & the bathroom had what looked like dry pee on the side of the tank , couple strands of hair in the tub. The room was located on the first floor and on top of the room was a seating area designating for smoking. We heard all the commotion of other guests dragging the table and chairs across the floor.

The room we got did not have a closet space and the third bed space is open space. Not like the last room we had, it had it's own door and in between a little closet space.

I liked how they accepted dogs and it was right across the street from the boardwalk

It is close to the Boardwalk. Paper thin walls and not very clean.

Location perfect, staff great Room needs serious repair, i.e., 4 different floorings, ceiling dirty and not painted. Paint job over what obviously needs repair. No chairs for sitting outside, no coffee cups or other things needed for the Kurig
