Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Cruz, CA

THE SPACE AT THE PARKING LOT ITS VERY SMALL BETWEEN EACH CAR. WE REALLY ENJOY STAYING AT THE HOTEL VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ROOM AMAZING THANK YOU.

Perfect

The breakfast staff were not as friendly. And the breakfast selection leaves a lot of room for improvement. Our room was very clean. The shower was huge. Overall, the room was very comfortable. There is a small but nice pool area. The hot tub jets were not working when we were there and there was a lot of sand in the hot tub. The fitness center is very small but fine for a quick workout. This is a place I would recommend if you don't mind being a 10 minute drive from the Boardwalk and Main Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome, lots of variety! Very pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff!

I called the hotel to let them know I was on my way and staff member named John was so sweet and helpfully!! The hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly. Definitely will be back!! Breakfast was available but I got there too late! 😂

Great room. My wife wants to stay in Fairfield Suites for the rest of our road trip. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was also exemplary.

Fine checking in, very nice front desk staff. The bed was too hard and the air conditioner in the room is extremely loud. Tried to turn off.

Rooms are way to small, hot water was not hot, ice machine was so far from room. Homeless people and parking was not good. I will not be staying at this Hyatt due to location!!!! Did not feel safe

Great hotel if need to be close to UCSC, so perfect for our visit. Nice, clean and reasonable price if not during a peak UCSC event date (or book early). The free breakfast was just ok, but glad it was available.
