Very clean and great customer service

Great Location. Easy walk, no hills to boardwalk or beach. Loved the airflow with the windows opening. Love the setup of the multiple rooms with having tweens.

Great location, ten minute walk to wharf and beach boardwalk. Competitively priced, very basic but comfortable hotel rooms. Nice pool with two jacuzzi hot tubs, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas. Self parking on site, breakfast cafe and deli across the street, with taco bar a block away. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood and found everything we needed close by.

Clean room and comfortable bed in a great location for boardwalk, downtown shopping or coastal walk.

This hotel is old and seems like it has not been up kept since the last few years that I have stayed there. There was a large piece of the sink glued in. The walls are thin and could hear the people talking next door.

Excellent location to the Boardwalk, Wharf and Downtown. Clean room, clean amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pet freindly and they allowed us a 3 pm check out. Bonus.

A fine hotel choice for one night in Santa Cruz. The room was large, bed was comfortable enough and it was surprisingly quiet. We did not use the pool or hot tub.

We’ve stayed multiple times in the past. Good location, parking was tight but ample. Staff was helpful and friendly Can be a bit noisy due to traffic congestion

This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. It’s rundown and rooms are dated and NOT comfortable. When we arrived our room smelled so strongly of bleach we had to leave the door and windows open to air it out for over an hour. Walls and fixtures were damaged, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the linens were cheap/paper thin. We won’t stay here again.
