Hot tub was nice

Exactly what you'd expect of a slightly older hotel. Great staff, fine amenities, fantastic location- just a slightly older facility. We enjoyed our stay, and would return.

Spacious room with 2 separate rooms and comfortable king size beds. Perfect location close to the beach. Very nice pool with sunbeds Bathroom needs renovation. Whirpool in apartment is fine, but we didn't use it.

Location is great- super walkable to wharf/boardwalk. WiFi is terrible, so prepare for that. They let people smoke by the pool, so if your room overlooks the pool your A/C unit will just pull smoke of all varieties into your room, which is awful. Office staff is nice, but largely unavailable outside of midday hours. Room could use a deep clean (behind bathroom door, etc.), but is clean enough for a night or two.

My husband only stayed for one night. The room was clean, grounds looked kept and it was within a 5 minute walk to the wharf and boardwalk. Close to many shops and restaurants. I would stay again. They have a pool and jacuzzi as well that looked clean, although we didn't use it.

I like the location , the clean rooms, it was quiet, free parking, for the price you cant beat it, I will be going there in the near future

Great location that was central to all the different neighborhoods. No water views or anything like that, but short walk to the beach. Parking on site included in my price. Not the most comfortable bed and it's not very new, but it was affordable and met my expectations.

Only complaint was that we were kicked out of pool area at 9 pm. We just wanted to play cards with friends. 9pm is too early to close pool area when in Santa Cruz.

We are from the area but moved away 23 years ago. We come to Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk annually with our grandkids before they start back to school. We have stayed at several hotels over the years, but Ocean Pacific is cleaner quieter super friendly staff with competitive prices! Nothing

Nice place very convenient to the Boardwalk

Room was clean, parking is a little tight but doable even with my big crew cab diesel truck. Great location less than 5 min walk to the pier and boardwalk. Nice little cafe right across the street for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good

Location is good, sometimes parking is a challenge. Walls are thin because we could hear the people above us walking around in the middle of the night and can also hear the toilets flush, the pillows were terrible.
