Great location, Great staff They didnt replace towels for the second night. So i userld the same ones.

We came in for a show and were not able to have the time we needed in the hotel. It was disappointing after several hours in the car to not be able to Check in. I will not be returning.

Staff was really friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Also great location. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. Parking was difficult as expected from other reviews. I went into the office to check out, but there was no staff at the desk. I waited and even called the phone number, but got no answer. Otherwise, it’s a great location, and I highly recommend!

Great to stay we stay there every chance we can

Location is excellent- walk almost everywhere! Facilities are a motel-

they need to do something about the locks and doors. It takes about three times to get into your room and you have to shove the handle up as hard as you can and slam on the door and I could tell other people how to do the same thing because all day and all night all you heard was slamming doors. A simple maintenance call and replacing the locks with ones from the century would make a big difference.

We checked in late from traveling out of town and there was NO parking. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk offered us his spot on the street when he left for work, otherwise I don't know what we would have done. There needs to be a limit on parking spots on the property per room.

The property is not managed well at all. We were visiting to take my niece back to school and the room was not ready. I was told I would get a text when it was ready and no one notified. The towels were dirty, someone was smoking outside our door and it came in under the door, the tv was blaring next to our room most of night and no one to notify. We left a day earlier and no one has responded to my refund request. Awful service. Do not stay here

I ended up not staying at this motel. I checked in about 6 pm and their was no parking in their lot. A few cars were already parked in no parking. I was told I could park on the street and it was free from 8 pm-8am, (no parking available), or in a city lot, paid, but unclear if I could stay their overnight or I could park up on a street on a hill, not an option because I have a knee injury. Staff person not really helpful with parking options other than I could wait for someone to leave the motel lot, which never happened. I drive around looking for a spot for 2 hours. As did other guests. I did move my bags into the room at one point so I wouldn't have to carry them 3 or 4 blocks. The room was out dated, unmaintained, and smelled. At a little after 8, I decided I could not stay their since I could not find a parking spot in the lot, on the street or in the city lot. I collected my bags and checked out, however I was not given a refund. The staff person told me he doesn't handle money. and would fill out paper work. I have yet to reach a manager nor has anyone called. The staff person told me it had been chaotic because a manager had quit. Do not stay here.

The flooring was buckling due to prior water leakage. When we arrived the fridge was unplugged and water was all over the floor. The bathtub was patched in several places. You get what you pay for. After Labor Day $95 a night - but Labor Day weekend they charge $400!!! The owner clearly doesn't care about the property.

The location was great, close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. T.V was not working, staff was not able to fix it. There was a tile missing on the shower wall, bathroom looked a little dirty. Room was not ready at 3 we had to wait until 3:40 p.m. and room was next to the pool pump and it was loud.

The location was great, the rooms were honestly really nice and the beds and pillows were really pleasant. The staff was not present ever, and one of our key cards weren’t working so if we really needed help from a staff member there was no one to be found, which I did not care for at all. But luckily the card was working.
